I purchased my Toyota Highlander new from this dealership 2 years ago and really had problems with the service department fixing some warranty issues. For one warranty repair I had to take it back 3 times before they finally fixed the problem. I was very frustrated with the way I was treated and how I had to wait around for someone to help me and then they seemed to be put out by my being there. There was no shuttle service so I simply had to either wait or get my wife to come pick me up. After one warranty oil change I asked if they could run my car through the car wash and they said they could if I could give them another 20 to 30 minutes. So frustrating--and I bought the car from them!
Well, my car had a recall issue a couple weeks back and I caught myself wishing I could take it someplace else to get the repair done but I called and made an appointment. To my surprise things had changed. No more scantily clad women there to snub me at check-in but rather I got friendly, efficient assistance. They offered me a shuttle to take me home since it would be a 4 hour repair. They also came and picked me up when my car was done and it was done ahead of schedule! There was a quick check-out and when I went to where my car was parked they had even washed it without my asking! So I would move this dealership up from one star to 4. I hope it continues.
