He was courteous, pleasant, responsive and in general easy to work with. Spencer also did a great job with my out-of-state DMV paperwork, and made registering in California a breeze. Service depart is most incompetent and they will turn your vehicle into junk. Go here only if you want your vehicle to be returned damaged and totally unreliable. You will probably need to get another vehicle because they will never repair yours correctly .

Harmon’s auto center is a great place to go for your automobile needs. Everyone who works at the dealership is very helpful and always doing what they can to best fit your needs and get you the best experience possible while buying a car or servicing your vehicle. The service department has always done a great job taking care of me and are very polite and professional. They listen to me and always make sure they understand what needs to be done on my car before servicing it. I have never had any problems with my car after being serviced. Brought in a 2019 GMC sierra for a transmission flush and filter. Price they quoted was different than what was said on phone. That should have been the first red flag for me. After they got started they texted me to let me know the CAT converter would have to be partially removed to complete the service. How did they not know this before hand? This isn’t the only 2019 out there. It just seems they wait until they are working on it and then switch it up. Price for transmission flush and filter was quoted at 400. Ended up leaving paying $650. While I was waiting I listened to customer after customer complain about each aspect of their business. Seems like I am not the only having a terrible experience with these dishonest people. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else.
