I had my first oil change performed at BMW of Murray. - Charles
I had my first oil change performed at BMW of Murray. Jasko Hamidovic was very polite and professional. There is a recall on my vehicle (integrated brake system) for over one year,,but this is not a dealership problem, it is a BMW USA problem. Jasko tried his best to put me on the waiting list t have the recall addressed. Thanks Jasko and BMW of Murray.
JT. SMITH - Davis328D
I was having some issues with my 328D and needed some help getting everything back in order. When I got there JT helped me right away and set me up with guys that were so helpful making sure my car was truly running right without being ripped off. He was always checking up making sure everything was good and I got out of there with a loaner car and three hours later got my car back. Highly recommend going to see him :)

Great Service! - BruceB
Came home from a trip and the slide out motor was blown on one side of our trailer. Couldn’t manually override and it was blocking the fridge, which was still pretty full. Camping World St George sent Sean out to our house and he was able to get it open far enough so we could empty the refrigerator prior to taking it in for a full repair. Great folks - great service!
Clueless Service Department - JJ747
Took my vehicle there to get a coolant leak fixed under warranty. They initially tried to claim it was an engine oil (the puddle beneath my vehicle was GREEN liquid). I had to take photos of the green liquid and open a case with Kia headquarters to get them to fix the leak. It took a total of three trips to the dealership and they only found the leak after i told them to add tracer dye to the cooling system. I still remember the "Service Manager" bragging about how many years of experience they had. Bought some oil filters from their parts department before doing the first oil change. They sold me the wrong filters. When i called to ask if they had the right ones in stock the parts manager said "Why so you can buy them somewhere else?". I had to explain to him that his ace parts department had sold me the wrong filters and i was going to have to make another 60 mile round trip to get the right ones.
