Service is a joke. They took 6 weeks to get my vehicle done and they still didn’t fix it right. KC the manager was also very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time and money there. They will talk to you very nice but get nothing done for you

I had a problem with my remote key fob not working after battery replacement. I called the service department and they were able to get me in quickly. Matthew in service took care of the problem within a few minutes and did so at no charge. Very friendly and great customer service. Thank you!

Their service representatives suck. When you call they send you to voice mail or disconnect you. After trying to contact them all afternoon to no avail, I had my wife drive me to the dealership. My service rep was off all day. Another rep told me the car was fixed and checked me out. The only thing he would say was " I apologize". The service reps at Doug Smith in American Fork are the worst. They seem to get worse every time I take my Jeep in for repairs.

I was travelling through SLC when my parking sensor fell out of the.socket and fell behind the bumper somewhere. Mike, who was the Service Mgr on a Saturday morning, got me in without an appointment and fixed it while I watched. No charge and I was back on the road within minutes. No charge. Mike was very friendly and professional!

I ran over a piece of tire and pulled down my skid plate on it. I had been to another dealer, who did nothing for me. I then stopped at a tire dealer, who secured it partly but it was still noisy. I needed to go out of town and stopped at Heritage Ford on my way. They got me right in and properly secured the skid plate for me. They were pleasant and professional

After 70k mile service discovered crank case oil was overfilled and interior headliner and windshield post fabric was smudged with dirty oil hand prints. This model is not equipped with a dip stick for some reason. Makes me question if they used the correct oil. This dealer does not reflect the quality reputation of the Audi name. Would not recommend this service department.

i bought a car from them year and a half ago. it was 2009 pontiac, almost new, 9000 miles. it never had a single problem. i got it cheap, i got an amazing deal, really!, now my both kids need a car. i calld gustavo , he asked me what i want, whats my budget, how many miles etc... so he fouund a car for my daughter already, he did not try to upsell or anything. i told him what i want and thats what he found. now i am waiting for a next car. i just wanted to say thank you because car can be a pleasure or can be cionstant problem and dissappointment
