Purchased a Truck from Justin at the end of December. There were some things that needed to be done on the truck to service the "E" Brake light and a very squeaky door hinge. They gave me a "We owe" to fix the parts on them. Took the truck into service about a week later for them to actually find out what was wrong. They did. Was told the parts would be ordered and I would be notified when in to get it done.
That has NEVER happened. Period. Its now almost May and I cannot reach Katelyn in service despite my many many attempts to do so.
I've talked to her directly once and she told me she would call me back.
That was over a month ago (March 15th).
I have done the online chat, called the actual store and given my name and phone number to many people who work here and promised "We will call you or email you here soon"
Nothing. Radio silence from everyone.
How hard is this? If parts are backordered, fine, at least call your customers to let them know what is happening. I work in the industry so I know how this all works.
When everything here is said and done, I will never return.
