Took our 1997 Volks cabrio in for service and was treated to a pleasant and refreshingly honest experience. From the service manager to the work preformed it was exactly as I was told it would be. And what a pleasant surprise when I picked up the car it was washed and vacuumed. I have 6 vehicles and they have earned our future business.😊😊😊

Service depart is most incompetent and they will turn your vehicle into junk. Go here only if you want your vehicle to be returned damaged and totally unreliable. You will probably need to get another vehicle because they will never repair yours correctly .

Alex was rude, he gouged my car, spit phlegm on my driver seat, and hacked up my information screen. Blake wiped off Alex’s phlem on my seat. The service manager fixed the gouge but the person who fixed it left over spray all over my car. Stay away from Alex. He is psychologically challenged.

Truck Repair - utah guy

I had to take my truck into the repair shop 5 times (including original review) to get repairs completed correctly. It was commendable that each time I took it back for a "re-due" I was assured they would "make it right" and eventually they did. As a customer I would have second thoughts about taking my truck back or suggesting that a friend us the service and go through the same things I did. (paint runs, missing rubber seals, sticking door, poor scheduling and having to pick it up unrepaired and bring it back...) Gary

Gwen is a great manager, and the service is wonderful, I will always bring my truck to her no matter how far I live (I’m in Midvale 😊). I love working with her and the staff anytime I need some work done with my truck. She always goes the extra mile no matter what, even if she is off she takes care of me and makes sure I’m happy with the service. I’m always treated with respect and as a family. You have a permanent costumer!. Thank you Gwen and the wonderful staff!!. The best service in Utah!!
