Buyer beware, Brad Maxwell sold me a used vehicle and it - kurt.barlow.kb19
Buyer beware, Brad Maxwell sold me a used vehicle and it was a lemon that decreased in value overnight on the lot and wouldn't disclose what was wrong with it. Dealership was very shady and had me in a loaner car for 9 months. Tried to tell me I had to take the car as is and I said I wouldn't take the car until it was operable. After some time i would periodically check on updates for the status of the car. Brad also pointed out to me about a used tesla and proudly declared "we can make a lot of money on the tesla but its got a lot of problems with it though." I asked him how he knows about the tesla problems and but they didnt know what was wrong with my car?To add more insult to injury I went and complained to a manager his name was mason and told him I was upset and wanted the car I paid for not the loaner, told him and the other guy he was next to about how Brad was bragging about how much money they could make on the tesla and they both got very uncomfortable and Mason pulled me aside and told me they would fix the car. Then the owner Chris told me they would fix it and had a mechanic specific to my vehicle that would fix it(which was a lie) the dealership had improperly installed the dpf filter valve that connects to the engine. Also have paperwork to prove that slc mitsubishi did not properly attach certain parts. Also the matinence department refused to send me a copy of the R.O and just stopped contact with me. The vehicle is now in operable currently and needs major repair. This is a very dishonest establishment where no one takes accountability and this has single handedly been the worst consumer experience in my life. I would give zero stars but sadly that is not an option.
