Crooked Sales people-I came in on a Kelly blue book sale. They lied to close the sale when I decided to not sell it to them. When I came back and talked to management and threatened to open a case with the federal consumer protection division acknowledging that the sales person had lied. they gave me my car back but while I was driving home they told me they told me they had completed $1600 worth of work. One person told me it was for an oils change and brakes( which I had already completed at Big O). When I met the sales manager at the bank two days later to get the pay off that I was told six times from the dishonest sales person would be the next day he could produce any evidence that work had been done on my car. In the end they made it right after hours of wasted time. If they employee people who lie, Eston, then what else are they luring about.

Bought a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander in August 2025. Didn't see an inspection report. After purchasing found a gigantic hole in muffler which had to be replaced. They reimbursed. Left side mirror wouldn't fold. Said was replaced before purchase. They had to replace again. Now find out brakes need replacement on rear. Only have put 1,000 miles on since purchasing. Buyers beware!

This dealership is in Spanish Fork. We ended up choosing another type of vehicle at another dealership, but it was SUCH a great experience working with Chuck Barber. He is as honest as they get. We were grateful for his help and his advice. Highly recommended. :)
