Very disappointing, to say the least. It felt like the sales people just wanted us off the lot and didn’t want to deal with us after we had purchased. When we returned to have the plastic cover removed by the service department, it left big holes in the paint that went clear down to the metal. When we returned to have them fixed, they told us their person was “excellent.“ The finished product looked like someone dabbed paint on the several spots where they had pulled paint off and thought it was good enough. I could have done as well at a craft night. When we expected better service from an issue that Lexus of Murray, the salesman got mad and turned us over to someone else. We are very dissatisfied with their “fix” of the problem that THEY caused. And the car certainly hadn’t been cleaned because we found papers, dirt, and even a pair of glasses in the preowned car. Funny thing, we bought another Lexus at a small dealership and have been treated like royalty. It doesn’t appear that Dave, our salesman, or any of the sales managers seem to care once we have driven it off the lot. This group did not live up to any standard, and certainly didn’t LISTEN!!
