I have had many amazing experiences there. Besides other members of my family, I have personally purchased 5 cars from them! Jason Shipley (sales manager) is my car guy. He is always transparent and thorough with trade numbers, payments, and figures. When I go into Young Dodge in Layton, I’m in and out of there in an hour or less. If you want an amazing experience, with a friendly staff that goes the extra mile, I highly recommend buying from Young.

PRICE GOUGING ALERT! I was interested in purchasing a Mercedes-Benz GTC and asked why it was overpriced by $10,000. They cited Kelly Blue Book and some goofy explanation about current market prices. I was born at night, but not last night. Buyer beware, this is a greedy price inflating dealership who's focus is making the most on every single vehicle. People are fed up with used car salesmen taking advantage of buyers. This dealership has a well earned reputation of the bottom feeding, fast talking, greedy used car salesmen that people avoid at all costs.

Service was excellent. Lucas took good care of me. Lucas was knowledgeable and efficient. It only took 15 minutes for them to take my car, put it on the lift and Kirk the mechanic sent a video of the problem. I was impressed!

Surprised that Brian Johnson is still employeed as general manager given his unethical sales practices. Disappointed that both Larry H. Miller corporate and Asbury Automotive Group seem unconcerned with his shady tactics. It says a lot about the company when they allow behavior like this to continue unchecked. Brian Johnson is a real piece of work — and unfortunately, so is the LHMiller group. I'll be taking my business to Ken Garff from now on, and I’ll continue sharing my experience to make sure others are aware too.

I am in California and was looking to purchase a car out of state since there were none available locally with the features I wanted. My car shopping experience last month with a few dealerships was very frustrating. They simply could not comprehend the concept of an out-of-state purchase which in itself is confusing since the online car sites have a 'nationwide' search option; virtual buying. However, once I connected with Erin at Stephen Wade she did not miss a step. She understood exactly how it worked, was very accommodating and she knocked out this deal in short order. She wasn't just a sales rep instead she provided concierge-type services! A very satisfying purchasing experience!

I have dealt with a lot of auto dealerships over the last 50 years and yesterday we purchased a new Jeep Gladiator from Matthew at Doug Smith Jeep in Spanish Fork, UT. I cannot say enough positive things about working with them. They were up front and honest from start to finish, their deep discounted advertised price did not require any pre-qualification/s and no games at all. I would also give them an A+ on trade-in value. Since Covid finding dealers like this is almost impossible anymore.

We have been here now a few times. One of those times I had asked the man behind the counter about the specs on my truck because I was thinking about getting a camper. Well he told me to Google it and he said that my 2019 RAM 3500 long bed could only hold 2000 pounds. He was so wrong and rude. Oh yes and we spent over 1000 dollars that day and were planning to return to get tires another 1236 dollars. Well we scheduled the appointment and were told an hour and half. Which we were ok with because we would still have time to get to our next appointment. Lol sarcasticly!! They took 2 and half hours and every time anyone there spoke to us it was a lie. Then I complained and was told I would get a discount. Lol sarcasticly!! No he said I got one but it was exactly the same amount he gave me when I set up the appointment. Another lie.. Oh yes and who ever was behind the parts counter sure had a dirty word or two to say after each call he got off of. We can even talk about the sales staff screaming across the lobby. Yes we have spent almost 6 hours there. I wish Karl would check out his name sake.

wanted to buy a used car. when I got to the paperwork it was 7k over book. Salesman was so so pushy. No explanation on contract just tried to get me to sign as quick as possible. I should have been more observant but my lil kids were done being there. they took tgat to their advantage.
