An intimate and exceptional experience. My family and I drove down from the DFW area to get myself a gem 2016 Honda Odyssey. Shad the GM himself made me a very fair deal and made sure the vehicle went through service and had a full tank of gas and detailed waiting for us with paperwork when we arrived. Very grateful for the team there and all involved. Their location is historic and very well put together and their staff provide an experience like no other. A destination spot worth buying your next vehicle from!

We were very much impressed with our knowledgeable and very patience Salesperson Mr. Donald. We spend 10 plus hours for three days to finalize our NEW CAR XC60 purchase only because of him. He answers and convinces us to make this purchase. We planned first day for 10 minute and quick after our 5th dealership visit, but his treatment made us purchased after good 10 hour of our time spent together. GOD BLESS HIM.

Typical dealerships BS. A gentleman William B reached out after my initial email. Wouldn't let me know a price without me coming into dealership. After sending 15 emails back and forth the salesman tells me they will do MSRP+tint+other add-ons +TTL. Would have saved so much time for both of us. When I called him out on his tactics, didn't like it and started saying you didn't give me enough info. I have given him everything but my SSN that was required to provide a quote, any quote. Not doing business with this establishment.

They were amazing. Went in for a 2006 Volvo s80 air bag replacement and a complete 150 pt inspection as well as a complete fluid cleaning and changing, they were all super nice. I also HIGHLY recommend Stephen Schulte. He was very communicative and talked me through the whole process, gave me plenty of options, and over all is an AMAZING employee. I will now always come back just to talk with him if I need car help.

We purchased a '23 CPO Volvo XC90 from Giles Volvo El Paso and had a very positive experience. Our sales person, Cynthia P. was very pleasant to work with remotely (we live in Houston, TX), and appreciated her time and effort to ensure our questions and concerns were addressed (even after we the car was transported to Houston). Contracting and completion of the transaction was smooth and helpful that Frank (Sales Manager) and Cynthia were responsive and transparent throughout the whole transaction. We would do business with Giles Volvo El Paso and Cynthia again.
