I had a truck totaled by a hail storm. Principle Volvo had a newer, lower mileage truck for nearly the same price as the insurance company had given me. My sales person, Angela was wonderful. She made sure that the purchase went as smoothly as could be. She even gave me some guidance about how to best go about getting the money for the purchase quickly, as the insurance company hadn't sent a check yet. Directly after the purchase, I noticed something about the truck that would have been a deal-breaker if I'd noticed it on the test drive. I eventually worked through that issue myself and realized I was just being stupid about a "nothing" condition. Throughout all this "buyer ignorance" Andrea maintained her calm and helpful attitude and when I resolved my issue she was just as understanding as a person could hope for. The truck turned out to be a wonderful buy.

What a wonderful experience. Mike Teague was our sales rep, and he was able to turn a terrible used car purchase from another dealer into a positive and fun journey. Not only did he solve a heavy financial burden tied to the other used car, but he found me a new friend. A lovely 2015 Volve XC 60. She is a joy to drive, and the inside is like new. I will never buy another car at any other dealer, but Garlyn Shelton and Mike will always be my go-to guy. Thank you again for making my stormy day turn into a sunny breeze.

Typical dealerships xx. A gentleman William B reached out after my initial email. Wouldn't let me know a price without me coming into dealership. After sending 15 emails back and forth the salesman tells me they will do MSRP+tint+other add-ons +TTL. Would have saved so much time for both of us. When I called him out on his tactics, didn't like it and started saying you didn't give me enough info. I have given him everything but my SSN that was required to provide a quote, any quote. Not doing business with this establishment.

Our sales person, Cynthia P. was very pleasant to work with remotely (we live in Houston, TX), and appreciated her time and effort to ensure our questions and concerns were addressed (even after we the car was transported to Houston). Contracting and completion of the transaction was smooth and helpful that Frank (Sales Manager) and Cynthia were responsive and transparent throughout the whole transaction. We would do business with Giles Volvo El Paso and Cynthia again.
