Gage was great. Billy dropped the ball a few times, and I asked to switch to Gage because he was always prompt and provided the information I requested. Even if he didn't know the answer, he was quick to find it. I likely would not have bought a car from Crest if it were not for Gage. My wife and I are particular about the cleanliness of a vehicle. Gage and his manager were also willing to work with us to find a resolution to the issue we had with one of the seat belts being very dirty. I feel that everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and could come to a deal where everyone was happy. I would recommend Crest to a friend.

Everything was fine except the time it took to complete the paperwork. I was in the dealership for 4 hours. The car was picked out and deposit paid the day before. My time is too valuable. It needs to be more efficient.

Very streamlined process. Was in for 40k service and everything can be approved online and quotes were accurate. Pros: appreciated the upfront cost estimates, ease of approving services, and thorough examination of my car. Example: dealership caught tire issues that were not brought up at another dealer. Only cons: text system didn’t seem to work and never got responses through that method when asking for details. Overall service took about one day, with drop off at 1/28 and pickup ready by 1/29.

This dealership operates in sheer professionalism. Their integrity is unmatched and so is their kindness and empathy. I had a 2015 S60 that I desperately needed to get rid of. Repairs were becoming more extensive and it was no longer safe to drive. Needless to say, after visiting several dealerships, Principle Volvo was the only willing to work with me. Wayne, the Sales Manager, Arturo, the Finance Manager, and Ricco, the Client Advisor, were determined- not only to get me into a new car- but a new car I could afford. They were very diligent to make it happen. And because of this, I will forever be grateful.

Typical dealerships xx. A gentleman William B reached out after my initial email. Wouldn't let me know a price without me coming into dealership. After sending 15 emails back and forth the salesman tells me they will do MSRP+tint+other add-ons +TTL. Would have saved so much time for both of us. When I called him out on his tactics, didn't like it and started saying you didn't give me enough info. I have given him everything but my SSN that was required to provide a quote, any quote. Not doing business with this establishment.

We purchased a '23 CPO Volvo XC90 from Giles Volvo El Paso and had a very positive experience. Our sales person, Cynthia P. was very pleasant to work with remotely (we live in Houston, TX), and appreciated her time and effort to ensure our questions and concerns were addressed (even after we the car was transported to Houston). Contracting and completion of the transaction was smooth and helpful that Frank (Sales Manager) and Cynthia were responsive and transparent throughout the whole transaction. We would do business with Giles Volvo El Paso and Cynthia again.
