I made my appointment online April 9th. Receive a text via 844-912-2039 confirming my appointment @ 10.18am that day. On Thursday, April 11th arrived early @ 3:40; my appt was 4:30pm. Checked in with service tech who said she (Christina Garza) was in training, her manager came from her office asked what time was my appt. & who scheduled it, because they close at 5pm. But they could take care of me. Then I asked about the Oil Change for $99; she said only on Saturdays, and if I wanted to come back then. I told her I did not know the $99 was only on Saturdays, she said her register would not allow her give me that price, so it was $179.96. I received my car at text (281-346-9715 car ready at 5:04pm. Poor customer service!!!
