Each visit I make to the dealership (either for purchasing or service) reminds me why I stay loyal to them. Each time I am treated with respect and dignity that you don’t always get when working with a dealership. For the last trip I made, I shared with my service advisor Chris that I had an issue with my other vehicle and inquired about setting that up. During this interaction all my questions were answered and I didn’t have to come up with the solutions (again things that I have experienced at other dealerships). It’s truly a relief going to get my car serviced and having my time respected and my concerns addressed.

We were very much impressed with our knowledgeable and very patience Salesperson Mr. Donald. We spend 10 plus hours for three days to finalize our NEW CAR XC60 purchase only because of him. He answers and convinces us to make this purchase. We planned first day for 10 minute and quick after our 5th dealership visit, but his treatment made us purchased after good 10 hour of our time spent together. GOD BLESS HIM.

So this is a mixed review I had originally dealt with the El Paso, Carmax and it was not a great experience. Had a very aggressive salesman who transferred me to someone else and then I was able to speak to somebody on the 800 line who was absolutely wonderful and so helpful and so informative. leann Maldonado. Wow, what a breath of fresh air she was! ! After that, it was smooth sailing had a really terrific experience with Carmax at that point really understood the process after her explanation and her handling of it and then it was able to be shipped to a closer location for me to Lubbock for $285 and then the dealership in Lubbock super friendly guys very knowledgeable Very friendly easy to work with so overall it was a really good experience. I think the initials contact could've been better but overall a really positive experience thank you Carmax this is my first used car with you guys and I really appreciate all the extra benefits that you guys provide as far as warranties delivery services, etc. thank you again

Typical dealerships xx. A gentleman William B reached out after my initial email. Wouldn't let me know a price without me coming into dealership. After sending 15 emails back and forth the salesman tells me they will do MSRP+tint+other add-ons +TTL. Would have saved so much time for both of us. When I called him out on his tactics, didn't like it and started saying you didn't give me enough info. I have given him everything but my SSN that was required to provide a quote, any quote. Not doing business with this establishment.

We purchased a '23 CPO Volvo XC90 from Giles Volvo El Paso and had a very positive experience. Our sales person, Cynthia P. was very pleasant to work with remotely (we live in Houston, TX), and appreciated her time and effort to ensure our questions and concerns were addressed (even after we the car was transported to Houston). Contracting and completion of the transaction was smooth and helpful that Frank (Sales Manager) and Cynthia were responsive and transparent throughout the whole transaction. We would do business with Giles Volvo El Paso and Cynthia again.
