I took my VW in for its 20k mile service appointment. Shelby greeted me on the service drive with a friendly smile. I explained why I was there and what I wanted done. She explained that they would do an inspection and go over the cost before any repairs are done. I had a concern regarding my windshield and she said she would have them look at it. They had my vehicle back to the technician very quickly. They were able to get everything done in a timely manner. Southwest Volkswagen service department is amazing.

She promptly took care of me and great news all is good on the car. They always make sure I am up to date on service if needed if not they tell me I am good. Cody, my adviser, informed Me that I had an egg on 1 tire, which I then took it to discount tire, and had that issue taken care of, because they were purchased there. Because of Cody, aim driving on 4 good tires now, not 3. They washed and Vacuumed my Car too. Cody did an excellent Job, and I recommend this dealership. I always receive the best service. I've leased 1 Vehicle from this Dealership, and I purchased the Jetta I'm driving today. They are the best

From start to finish my experience with AutoNation Collision Center in Spring deserves 5 stars. The communication was great. The date promised was as promised, and the amount quoted was on target. My car was repaired and in excellent condition when returned to me and I could not have asked for a better job. Even my brother who worked for a Mercedes dealership for many years commented on the great paint job that was done. If you are looking for a professional and top notch collision center I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here. In addition, I also highly recommend working with Tom Pham and Kathy Barton, if you have the opportunity. They were both great at keeping me informed and updated on the progress of the repair.

I've only used this service twice and each time I've used it, I've liked the customer service. However, each time I've used it, I always have something loose or hanging here and there. I don't know why they can't leave the car as aesthetically pleasing as they found it. They also don't alert me to the changes they've made to the vehicle like why something might be out in the open. I really like the demeanor of the employees and the convenience of the service, but I am worried about my car looking like Frankenstein's monster if I keep using the service....
