Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. I have made other arrangements (for less money) and have no plans to return to Premier Autoplex.

This place is overpriced and blames the driver/owner for any warranty work. I had a warranty issue with a job on wheel ball bearings that was replaced a little over a year ago and they would not warranty. In their opinion , I did something wrong. A friend that replaced a starter, had to take her car in 5 times to service,before they got right. They do bad work now, are overpriced and rude.
