Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Don't ever get in house financing with these people. If you are military, dealers at Lynn Alexander will treat you like a sucker! I had limited credit experience. But they suckered me into in house financing with a 27% interest rate for a 5 year loan on a car that depreciated significantly after driving it off the lot! I didn't know anything about that stuff only that It was my first year in the military and had limited credit. They were more than willing to help xxxx me over!

Frustrating - Richardwade

Dealing with them after the sale has been the most frustrating thing in the world. They promised that they would resolve an issue with the bumper ad a condition of the sale. It took elen days to get my vehicle back and every day I got a different story or excuse not only for what they did, but also why it wasn't ready. Customer service needs much work...

This dealer is great. I wrote a review by mistake about a free oil change offered. Mac Haik honored that offer. I forgot that I did my first Mopar oil change at another dealership. Mac Haik was a pleasure to work with when buying my Jeep Gladiator. Their service department was great also. Again, my mistake and please accept my apologies.
