I purchased a 2021 Trailblazer Feb 19, 2025. On April 7th it had to be brought in for service due to the evaporation purge pump. The part was on national back order and while there were some issues regarding lack of rental/loaner car assistance that caused me to escalate the issue to General Motors I am happy to share that in less than 1 week since escalating the issue was resolved. I am very happy with the service provided by my service tech Lafeyette and his team of parts guys and mechanics! And working with our sales guy Ray was an absolute pleasure!! If we decide to purchase another Chevy, we know exactly where we are going!! I didn’t give a 5 star review due to the lack of loaner vehicles available, lack of communication and the miscommunications between the buildings, my experience with the General Manager and the new car sales office as well as the timeframes for the repair shop in general.
