Terrible and dishonest service department. My SuperDuty 6.7 sat at this dealership’s service department for a month while the service advisor swore to me that it needed a $12,000 (twelve thousand dollar) repair. After a month of frustration I had the truck towed to the Ford dealership in Greenville Texas where it was fixed for $700 bucks. I’ve put 150,000 miles on the truck since then without any problems. AVOID McCLARTY FORD...they are a bunch of scammers, crooks. I love Ford trucks and have since bought another Ford truck for my son (from Holliday Ford up in Whitesboro), however, the Ford Motor Company would do well to terminate McClarty Ford’s dealership agreement. They are criminals who intentionally lie to customers in order to pick their pockets. Just scroll through the reviews on google and you’ll see how many other folks they have tried to rip off. There’s no way that the GM of the dealership is not directing his service department to engage in this fraudulent activity.

We just purchased a used Ford in Orange Texas and we’re headed down to Galveston island for the evening. At 5;50 PM two warning lights came on. We call McRee Ford and we’re told to go to the Quick Service Lane. They stayed open for us, reviewed the vehicle and got us on our way at no cost. They took the time to explain in detail what was going on. They did not rush us out the door. They did not sell us the vehicle, but it felt like they did. Wonderful dealership. Out thanks to the Quick Service Team.
