I took my car back to them and they promptly fixed a problem that I was experiencing. I could have not asked for better service. They fixed a problem that another dealership had incorrectly diagnosed. The other dealership said it was not under warranty and refused to fix it.

I have returned to this dealer on a regular basis. They are the best in the Houston area. The 30 minute drive from Kingwood is worth it. They always shoot straight and are very honest. No high pressure to sell you what you don't need. I never have a problem setting appointments and they always have it finished when they have commited to a time. I will continue to go to this dealer and recommend it to others.

My Mazda had the Check Engine Light on. I’m from out of town, so the service center scheduled me at 8:00AM so they could get right on my car. We drove 2 1/2 hours to get them the car before 8. I reminded them I needed them to get on car quickly. After waiting over an hour, I found out they had not even started on our vehicle. We took the car and left.
