Great Service!!! - carguy cindy123
The customer service rep. Matthew was very helpful. Matthew was very helpful and professional over the phone and answered my questions before I took my 2013 cx5 to be serviced. The work was done in a timely matter and my husband and I were happy:) I would highly recommend this dealership.
Great Dealership/Great People! - bvenerable
Lee Hoffpauir Chevrolet in Goldthwaite is the BEST place to get service or to buy a new vehicle hands down! Don't miss a chance to visit them and be blown away by their customer service!

Don't take your vehicle to this dealer for repairs. I took my sons 2012 Silverado in for a air bag recall and the technician cracked the dash. I talked to Dalton the service writer and he said there was nothing he could do and that it was a common problem. I then talked to Brad Tegeler the Service manager and he said the only thing they could do was to replace it at cost. Why should a customer pay for their incompetency. Its a shame people/businesses wont take ownership for their mistakes. I was in the process of buying a new truck and had originally talked to one of their salesman. I wont do business with someone that wont do what's right and hope you don't either.
Had a master cylinder and booster pump put on a 2004 - galen
Had a master cylinder and booster pump put on a 2004 forerunner. Over $4000 later I had a very soft pedal and a dangerous breaking situation. I had to take it to ToyoMaster‘s to have them bleed the brakes, which the lines were full of black gunk and air. Tegler tried to charge me for new calipers. A bad experience. I will not go back. They double the price of the Toyota part.
Service depatment is great, sales above average - curlymagee
We have used Texan's service department for 3 different vehicles. Mike has always taken great care of us and our vehicles. He is professional, caring , and honest. He's the reason we bought cars for ourselves and our daughter.

I took my Isuzu Rodeo in for some A/C work. The A/C would not blow cold when stopped in traffic or at red light. I told the rep I thought is was the low pressure switch not sending the signal to the compressor to kick on. The service rep told me that the tech. reported that the A/C compressor was out and would need to be replace at the cost of $1799.00 parts and labor. I paid for the analyzing of the vechicle and denied the service. I took the Rodeo to Christian Brothers Auto Repair. I told them the same thing. They fixed my Rodeo with ginuine Isuzu part purchased from you dealership. A power switch and the blower fan. The cost was $477.00. Big difference. A/C blows cold all the time now. It's been a month now and I enjoy my A/C and my cost savings of $1322.00. It's a shamed that I have to take my car to an auto repair center and not an Isuzu dealer to get my car fixed. I was always under the impression if you wanted it done right, you took it to the dealer. Best regards Lost Customer
