Customer service before signing the contract was great (A+), but as soon as I signed that contract customer service went out the window (even with the so called General Manager). I requested a copy of the contract I signed and was told that only after I submit proof of residency is when I can receive it. (If you sign something, don't you deserve your copy?) All paperwork should have been handled before anything was signed and before I left with the vehicle, but that was not the case. I received rude and unprofessional dialect from top management due to me stating how unsatisfied I was with customer service. The car is great so its not a complete loss on the brand. Never again! I have all the emails and phone calls recorded as proof that I'm justified in my disappointment.
