11/20/2024, I had taken my Jeep Compass 2019 in for a diagnostics, which I was informed would take a couple days and had to leave my vehicle. On 11/22/2024, I headed up to the service department to pick up my vehicle. I had a conversation with the service rep (Mike), He was extremely nonchalant and rude. After providing me the keys to my vehicle, he told me to go find it. He didn’t know where it was within the dealership & he wasn’t going to bring out my car. It was 50 degrees outside, my fiancé, myself and 2 kids (4y/o and 3 mo) lapped the dealership 3 times on foot, once in our own vehicle and 1 time in the tow truck with no employee assistance. Not 1 EMPLOYEE HELPED US. We went back in the service area 3 times explaining to them we could not find my vehicle. After 20-30mins of walking around, frustrated, cold, tired and in disbelief of the treatment we received, we finally found my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and will not be purchasing or bringing any vehicle back for a service there again.
