Whatever you do, if you are a Nissan owner, do not ever, - melissamansfield25
Whatever you do, if you are a Nissan owner, do not ever, EVER take your car to South Houston Nissan. Too many issues to even list right now, but the first and foremost issue is being without a car for almost three days when my Nissan extended warranty I purchased covers a loaner vehicle or rental while my car is in the shop for extended warranty covered repairs. Then there’s the discrepancy in the inspection reports for my car was in the shop last month where they tried to pressure me immensely to get this brake job done because they said my brake pads were so bad that it was about to mess up my rotors, yet this service tech rated my brake pads and my rotors in good condition. So, my brake pads magically grew in size and my rotors are fine without anybody touching them? It makes it very hard for me to trust what any of their service department says. Also, telling me that it is impossible for the extended warranty covered part that went bad to ruin my battery, which is not covered, which I then proved to them is literally what will happen. Not to mention the other contradictions and the fact that when they called to tell me my car was ready, the guy quoted me $80 more than what was on the invoice I guess he forgot was attached to an e-mail he had sent me. Numerous calls and messages to the GM have gone unreturned, but they obviously don’t know how persistent I can be. I will never return to this dealership and will make sure to warn anybody else about them!
