Made an appt.10 days prior,went in on time and got signed in. About 30 min.later the owner of the dealeship came and told me they wouldn't be getting to my truck today,I asked why since I had an appt.and he told me he wasnt putting me in front of his customers since I hadn't bought the truck from him,I asked for the nearest GMC dealers phone number in Corsicana,he then rudely told me "it's in the phone book,go look it up" and walked off.This man is the rudest a**hole I have ever met to be the owner of a dealership. I then called a friend and got the number to the other dealer on my own. The service consultant at Carl Whites in Corsicana told me to come on up and they would take care of me. I drove straight up there and they took me in and diagnosed my problem,ordered the parts and made a next day appt.to install the parts.I am fixing to be on my way up there shortly.Hmmm,this dealer cares enough to work someone in for warranty work two days in a row and is a LOT busier than CenTex was. As an added note,an ex service tech from Centex told me the owner used to tell his employees he doesn't want service/warranty work,all he is interested in is selling new vehicles. SO,beware if you are thinking of buying a vehicle or getting a vehicle in his service dept for warranty work,if you dont believe me just call and ask for Mr Goswick and try to get in to get service if you didnt buy it there and see how rude he is to you......

When it comes to Charlie Clark Nissan Brownsville, i am no stranger to the standard of excellence that is expected. However, over the last couple of visits, the level of service when it comes to having your vehicle cared for has definitely left for wanting. Today was no exception as i needed to go in due to a low tire pressure indicator which led me to see a metal object in my tire. I made the call and spoke to Shiela which set me up with an appointment same day which was beneficial. I arrive about 10 mins prior to my appointment and was greeted by Rudy who took down the information for my arrival and proceeded to handle my repair request. So far so good. So while i am waiting, i took note of the time as previous experience has made me wary. After about 50 minutes, i finally see my vehicle being moved from the wait line to one of the service bays. There was no additional movement for about another 30 minutes. After approximately 90 minutes, i was approached by Rudy who advised me that the technician found a puncture and it was repairable. I continued to wait for an additional 25 minutes before i was advised that my vehicle is ready. In short, it took two hours to get my vehicle in, repair what needed to be repaired and out the door. This is not the first time because on previous experience, i had to wait about the same time for an oil change and vehicle inspection and the only reason that i didn't wait any longer was the man himself Charlie was shaking hands and greeting everyone like he did and when he approached me, i voiced my concern and within 15 minutes of expressing myself, i am out the door, keys in my hand and a jar of honey for my troubles. I ask Charlie Clark Nissan Brownsville what is the point to making an appointment to address concerns if I'm still waiting a prolonged period? According to google search, a typical tire repair can take approximately 15~25 minutes; not two hours. Something needs to be done to avoid these extended wait sessions.

They’re hospitality and customer service is wonderful. However, their Service department sucks! I keep up with maintenance on my car. Twice or three times I have gone for an oil change only to have other things suggested. I accept to fix or replace what they suggest only to come back with problems that they will not admit to having caused. I have spent hundreds of dollars in fixing things they break. Now they broke my a/c after replacing the filter. The part I’m told will cost $2,900. Of which they have graciously offered to pick up 60% of the cost. Still me having to pay %40, on an a/c that I was not having problems with,is really not assistance. I am so completely disappointed with them. To top it off, this last check when they returned the car to me, they didn’t even put the filter back or the air cabin cap back on!

They were selling a "Certified" low mileage suburban. I brought a body shop person with me to inspect the truck. As it turned out it had been hit on the rear drivers side door area. Carfax showed minor damage to the rear of the truck. The salesman was literally speechless when we confronted him with the inspection results.
