I had a very positive experience at Clear Lake Nissan. Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted by a staff member whose name I didn’t catch, but who was very respectful and helpful, especially given my limited English. He quickly referred me to Jennifer Valle, who managed the entire service process.
Jennifer was professional, courteous, and clear in her communication. The service included rotation of all four tires, replacement of the engine air filter and cabin air filter, a general inspection, and tire pressure check. Everything was completed on time and just as explained.
The only thing I would have appreciated more was a car wash at the end, as it has been included in previous visits. Still, I left feeling satisfied and confident in the quality of care provided.
