HORRIBLE service department.
My 2022 Explorer had a recall that they hemmed and hawed over, stallingfor months to get it in to fix it. When I asked them about it they were rude and condescending, I'm not sure if that's because I'm female, or if they are that way with everyone. They told me it would take 2 days for them to look under my car and see if I even needed the repair (hello, it's a FORD RECALL), then I would have to schedule an additional 2 days for the repair. And no, they do not offer a loaner. The whole time the service rep (Tim?) spoke with such disdain, and seemed irritated that I wasn't buying that it would take so long.
So I called around and Henson in Madisonville said they would be happy to fix it. The service manager even gave me his personal cell number so we could stay in touch. When we got there he just slid under the car on his back to make sure we needed the repair. It took him 20 seconds, not 2 days.
Our buying experience was not horrible, although they would give no discount or price cut whatsoever.
However, the Service Dept is a real deal breaker. They are awful. I won't buy another car in this town, because the same man owns almost all the local car dealerships. If he lets CS Ford be run this way, I'm sure his other ones are too.
And they don't even give you a complimentary car wash!
