What impressed me the most was their transparency and honesty throughout the process. They communicated clearly about the repairs needed. Although there was a little surprise about the final bill but was quickly corrected when I pointed it out to Jacqueline. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience at Land Rover Houston North's Service Center.
