Not at all a good experience, refused oil change service, - donaldej3733
Not at all a good experience, refused oil change service, which leaves me without a place to service my van. I was told after speaking with customers in waiting area of my experiences with KIA San Angelo, I was told to leave or the police will be called. When speaking with customers in waiting area I was told by the service manager said that I should not be speaking like that in front of children. Note that I was not cussing or raised my voice during the conversation. When leaving the ladies told me that they were sorry I had to go through what was happening. I was telling the ladies that they need to be careful of the safety features on their KIA's that they are not dependable in my opinion. The service manager then told the ladies that I was just mad that I had backed into a trailer. I had spoke with the salesman that sold me my $48,000.00 van and nothing that was promised had been given as it was over a year, which was only good the first year. I told him nothing was mentioned that their was a time limit. I wanted to state that I did not get any follow-up from the salesman, he stated he did, I said no you did not. He then stated that they record all calls to the customers. I knew that he was giving me a untruthful comment. If I am wrong I would like to hear the conversation that he said that we have had. Please note, not at ant time that anyone in the dealership asked me "What can we do to make this right" nothing at all. So I have made signs that are on my van stating the issues thru KIA San Angelo. I have had many people ask and read the signs, even driving down the road I noticed cars pacing my van to read the signs. They also stand behind the van to read the signs when park,I have had to wait twice so far when backing out for them to finish reading the sign. I know that customer service goes a long way with people, in my case it has not been pleasant. The local dealership stated that they are an independent and a franchise, so they will do as they please and refuse service. Their choice, as KIA USA will not be pleased with them not doing service or trying to please the customers. AUTO, INC. owns the franchise and I will also be contacting them about their local management and KIA USA. The signs will be remaining on my van until I have my issues resolved. I am sure that the post of my comments will be removed from their web page.
