I had trouble getting someone to listen to my issues at first, but after getting through to Service Manager Larry Johnson he took action immediately to find the problem. Shop Forman Brett took it from there, got the work completed, washed, and back to me as soon as possible. The entire service drive is great. Heather, Adrian, all of them are helpful and considerate of your schedule and time frames. I’ve been a customer here at this location for 15 years and I have to say with this new management and leadership it is the most seamless process that I have experienced in a very long time.
