Update. I’ve been a customer for a few years and haven’t had an issue. Well. I was there earlier getting the oil changed and tires rotated in my vehicle and it took 90minutes to complete. I had an appointment time for a reason. I didn’t want to spend a long time waiting. Well, now my vehicle smells like a cigarette and I’m having to air it out at the house. I’m beyond disappointed in the “service” I have received today. When I asked the service manager if it normally takes this long to change the oil he got offended and made excuses. Finally, after we paid for the “service” as we were leaving he apologized for the wait time. Really? I would make the apology the first words. Or even ask the customer beforehand if they are under time constraints because they were training a new guy that possibly smokes while he’s working. I have several medical conditions and inhaling cigarette smoke in my once clean trailhawk is not part of my treatment plan. So now I get to incur the cost of a new in cabin air filter and ionization to clean the air in my vehicle. What a horrible experience. The salesman was only concerned about selling me a new vehicle. No thanks.

Took my ‘19 RAM in for oil change, safety recall, and fluid flushes. The job only took about 4 hours, but I was expecting more, so had my son pick me up so I did not have to wait on it all day. But, before I got back home, they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I wish they would have let me know they were almost finished before I troubled my son. Other than that, the work was done professionally and timely.

Great Customer Service. Mr. Paul Carter was injured and still managed to help answer my questions. I had my daughters Dodge Durango Diagnosed and it ended up being the Fuel Pump not sending fuel to the Intake, causing the Start Button to fail. I decided to buy the parts from the Parts Department and Carlos was of much help and stepped out of his way to find my backordered part that was in stock. I will be doing repairs myself to save on labor cost. Looks pretty simple to do with Google help. I will continue to bring business to Ingram Park and continue to bring my vehicles here for service. The returned calls and all the satisfaction that I received was above and beyond. Paul Carter made sure that my parts that were ordered were placed inside our vehicle, prior to having it Towed Away and Carlos was able to make my day by finding and handing me all my ordered parts. Thank You both for all that you do, and Ingram Park Chrystler Jeep Dodge Ram needs valuable workers who care about customers' needs and making this a #1 Priority. Great Job Team.

Worst customer care. Had my truck for almost 5 months for a recall. Picked up truck with a wrecked bumper mirror and door panel. They did nothing not to mention a drive shaft for a 4x4 in the bed of the truck. Trailer hitch bent looks like the used it to pull a trailer and jack knows it. Was supposed to get a call from owner of lot. Crickets still no call. At 10,000 mile oil change was told rear Ed oil needed to be changed. Lies. The oil change package was told after purchase it is disqualified because it’s an eco diesel. Why was it sold to me so I only received two of the three changes. No one calls you back. I will never purchase from Texan dodge humble.

They asked me to leave it another day to wash it and when I went to pick it up i find a dirty car. this is after a 60 mile one way trip. not good I have purchased several vehicles at this dealership but might question another. Do NOT ever bring your vehicle here for repairs. I dropped my Jeep off over Memorial Day 2025 weekend for a few easy recall repairs. When I picked it up a few days later, it had been broken into. Damage to the vehicle locking console as well as valuable items stolen. After some research and discussion with the service team members, break-ins at this location are a common occurrence. They are aware it happens every weekend yet continue to do nothing about it. And when I tried to go through the proper channels to get reimbursed, they basically told me they aren't responsible and it'd be on my to pay for the repairs and stolen items. Brent Rayfield, the General Manager, and Luis Villafane, the Service Shop Manager, are completely inept. They avoid calls and emails, and even tried to tell me I was lying when I said I was going to file police reports and reach out to local news outlets (two stations have informed me they are picking up the story, too, since it's a recurring issue). Never take your vehicle here for repairs. It won't be safe. I got my Jeep back in worse shape than when I dropped it off. Completely unacceptable.
