I had my 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 in for some warranty work. These guy’s especially Micah was top notch. They kept me informed of the progress on my truck. Had to wait a little longer than I wanted to but no fault of the dealership. I got my truck back and after a day or two I realized that a couple of things were missing. I called and there was no questions and the two parts that were missing were ordered. Haven’t got them yet but it was a no hassle, no questions ask encounter. I will definitely be using them again when needed and would recommend these guys for any and all your service needs.

Everybody knows a horror story or how xxxxty dealerships can be after you buy your vehicle. There's been plenty of things I could've done my self but I'll take it to them each time just because they make the hassle of warranty work and everything else related to my vehicles easy

They stand behind the vehicles they sale. I purchased a used vehicle from them. Of course there is no warranty on a used vehicle but when I had a problem come up three weeks after I purchased it they fixed it at no cist to me. Way to go.

Sales team is excellent. Service department, not so much. I had a scheduled appointment for tires to be installed. Dropped off the truck at 8 AM. Was told two hours it would be ready. I called after four hours and could not get a hold of the service advisor. Could not get a return call. I showed up in person. no work had been done at all. Koby stepped in and took over.Koby was excellent. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and effort. The previous service advisor was absolutely unprofessional, and should not have a job. The truck was returned to me with grass shavings on the seats, dirt and debris on the floorboards, soap residue all over the rims and tires. Greasy handprints all over the outside of the doors and bed. I spent an hour and a half cleaning when I got the truck back home. All in all…. I appreciate most of the professionalism, but was really disappointed with some of the aspects of the service work provided. .
