It was great service - I just always feel you guys leave a message about things I need and then I struggle with timing, calling back to confirm or knowing when my car is ready. When I tried calling - 3xs I was put on hold 5-15 min and never answered. Also the phone number to call in the text that you guys send in the beginning is not correct.

I recently picked up a CPO 2024 QX80 Sensory from Austin Infiniti and had a great experience working with James on the sales team. James was professional and kept the process moving - communication was clear, the follow-up was consistent, and we reached a fair deal without the typical runaround. Paperwork was handled efficiently, and the vehicle was delivered exactly as promised. I also had a brief interaction with the service department that was quick and seamless. They expertly diagnosed and replaced the failing component including a video summary. My only critique is the "pre-installed" dealer adds. While the team was willing to negotiate on them, making them mandatory by default adds unnecessary friction to the transaction. These would be better presented as options rather than being baked into the price upfront. That said, the overall professionalism from James and the rest of the staff makes this a dealership I’d recommend.

This was our first time to purchase a vehicle from CarMax and it was sooooo easy!!! We located the vehicle in Houston and paid to have it brought to Lubbock. This truck looked like a brand new one and it was 2 yrs old. Henry, the young man that helped us with the paperwork, was so sweet and had everything done for us. This is probably the best experience I have every had at a dealership. If you need a GOOD used vehicle, I would highly recommend going through CarMax!

I am a long-time customer who has just completed the purchase of my sixth vehicle from West Houston Infiniti. Until now, I have been consistently pleased with the professionalism and transparency at this dealership. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with Assistant General Manager Jose has left me deeply disappointed. During my transaction, I traded in a one-year-old vehicle with substantial funds due back to me from pre-paid warranty and maintenance programs. Without prior disclosure to me or my salesperson (with whom I have worked on all six purchases), Jose applied the majority of my refund from these programs toward the price of my new car to "make the deal work." I was not made aware of this until I reached the finance department after all paperwork was signed and the trade-in was completed. At that point, when the numbers did not add up, Finance explained that my refund had been used to discount the price of the car as part of the deal. I was then told that if I wanted extended warranty and maintenance coverage on the new vehicle, I would need to pay for them again, out of pocket, or roll into my note. When I contacted Jose for clarification, he was initially unable to explain where the money came from. Only after I specifically asked if he had applied my refund to the deal did he confirm this, and then attempted to justify it. I find this lack of transparency and communication unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership position. As a loyal customer, I expected more honest and straightforward treatment. I am requesting a thorough review of my transaction and a clear explanation of how my refund was applied. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution that reflects the standards I have come to expect from West Houston Infiniti.

1 star is too high of a review... To make a long story short, i purchased a dodge challenger march 2026 and it was a disaster to say the least. drove 5 hrs just for my trade to be lowballed and while test driving my soon to be new vehicle i noticed the vehicle would grind when going into reverse (manual trans) and judder upon take of, i mentioned to my sales person and he assured me that if there was any major issue it would be addressed even after purchase so i continued especially because there was already other customers in to look at the vehicle as well and i did not want to drive 5 hrs one way for nothing as i proceed to finance. the finance manager was so sorry and lacked knowledge on products he was trying to sell (jeremy). after 7hrs i signed and made my way back to dallas, as soon as i get home i try to back into my garage and the vehicle is grinding horribly and will not let me in reverse. i contacted the dealer first thing in the morning and they attempted to gaslight me into saying it was normal operation... i am not fooled i hold 5 ase's and have owned 6 manual vehicles... including a Camaro with the same exact transmission! so after 1 1/2 of back and forth i take my vehicle to dodge near me to have my issues documented and to confirm to see how clearlake wanted to proceed.. i payed for vehicle to be diagnosed out of my pocket at a dodge store and the vehicle needed a clutch. dealer quoted 7k for and oem one. i did more research on my vehicles service history and called the transmission shop it was at 2k miles before clearlake took possession of the vehicle and they sent me an invoice of them recommending a clutch replacement right before it was sold to me! so with that info i send to clearlake and me being the realistic person i am i sourced out an aftermarket clutch kit for 1900 and sent that to them as well because 7k is quite abit. clearlake asked their parts dept to try and find one as well and the cheapest they found one for was 3k so the one i found was realistic i thought, but no immediately i am told by jeremy that he is not going to do anything for me, and even makes a distasteful comments "you made it home right" "shouldve bought the warranty" when in reality i work with ext warranties every day and i know no extended warranty will cover a preexisting issue, a clutch because it is wear and tear and the vehicle is well in its grace period on top of that its a performance vehicle. so after my call with jeremy he proceeds to dodge me for the next 5 days, very telling for the person he is.. so i proceed to drive down to clearlake to rectify this issue on my next off day and clearlake continued to try and dismiss me even with printed documentation. Valentino is the dictionary definition of useless it seems like he was just thrown in the tower.. he had the nerve to admit that he drove the challenger and noticed the grind issue but let is ship because it is "normal" some automotive knowledge he has after taking to him and jeramey he decided to back track his comments he made instead of looking me is the eyes as a man once again very telling.. at this point i just wanted parts covered and they kept telling me no until i spoke with chase and after negotiation he agreed to cover cost of only HALF of the part and none of labor. i don't know how this could get past the recon team and mishandling by management.. you would think if you spent 41k + on a vehice you would be treated like a customer but i guess not. I would avoid clear lake infiniti at all costs.

Nice salesperson. Still don’t think they gave me a fair offer on my trade. A local dealership offered 3k more but I REALLY wanted the vehicle I purchased. The vehicle was the best price I had been able to locate so I am happy about that part.

Poor customer service from the service department. I left my Infiniti 2017 Q60 there For 6 months since 4/2024, because the vehicle won’t start because of chasis error codes and key ignition codes failure. I have been given the run around to the moon and back for 6 months by the service department. They never had a chance to put a certified technician to get my car fixed or call the extended warranty adjuster to come look at my vehicle. We are on the last week of September 2024 and my vehicle is still not running. I am very disappointed by the this infiniti Dealership. ☹️☹️. I’m sad to say, but I’m going to have the finance company pick up the vehicle and auction it the way it is. Which is not running. I am am going to lose out on thousands and thousands of dollars.

Fair pricing, no pressure and the service department’s really take care of you. Chris Attanasio is the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. We have purchased 3 Nissans from him and we decided we wanted an Infinity he treated us like family. Cannot say enough about these 2 dealerships and Chris. Top notch!!!
