3 weeks ago (oct 11th, 2024) I had appt to fix sunroof bc I was having leaking issues. Without them looking at my car, I had to pay $250 for a new sunroof. The repair, in total, was gonna be $650 and change. When I arrived. Not one person looked at my car to make sure this was the problem. Just taking a girls word, who know nothing about cars. I had it done. Thinking it wld solve the issue of water leakage bc figuring a new sunroof/sealer wld do the trick. 3 wks later it rained. Guess what? Yep, still leaking. Made another appt and they wanna charge me $180 to do a diagnostic. I asked what does a diagnostic have to do with sealing a water issue? Apparently thts their word for "finding where it's leaking from". Thts not what it means in my dictionary. But, whatever. I came in to have them fix a leak, so this told me they didn't bother LOOKING for the leak, just replacement that costed me almost $700. Anyhoo. As I said, 3wks, still leaking. Took it to my local mechanic and they fixed it in less than 10min, without charge. You know what the issue was? A clogged drain!! They cleaned it out, air hosed it. That's it. And yes I am angry that a dealership charged me almost $700 for something that was 1. Simple to fix and 2. Wasn't necessary. They lost a customer for sure. Let's do better.

Progressive made me take my car here because of an accident when I got my car back the first time there was still damage to my door and then there was a chemical inside my vehicle and some kind of over spray on the windshield this over spray I tried to clean myself and it wouldn’t come off I had to deal with Patrick so I could bring my car back get the door completely fixed and my windshield issue taken care of . So I get my car back again and the over spray is still there now I’m dealing with Corey who called me and is now trying to say they have to figure out where it came from. I’ve brought up this issue as soon as I got my car back the first time. There playing games with me and giving me the run around about getting my windshield fixed. I paid my deductible and I expected good quality work when instead it’s poor work and really bad customer service I was told by two of their employees it something they used now I’m have to fight to get this fixed when it should have the first time or even the second time I was told the issue was going to be takes care ok now Corey wants to see the over spray why all their other employees seen it I was told by Patrick and my insurance agent this will be fixed. I will never trust these people my car is only 4 months old and now I have to deal with spots all over my windshield because of their incompetence and they maybe will do something about this. Don’t go here of your insurance company try’s to refer you here say no I’m also now looking for a different insurance company besides progressive .

Mr Shoftner has repaired my Ford pickup, which has over 300,000 miles, several times, and my experience every time has been outstanding. The one thing that I really appreciated the most was his honesty when assessing the problems with my truck. He did not try and charge me for unneeded repairs, and allways suggested only the repair required to correct the problem. I definitely appreciate him helping me keep my truck on the road with his affordable prices. It is hard to trust people in the car repair business, because I have been burned before by other supposed professionals. I do trust Mr Shoftner though, and he has yet to let me down. I would recommend him to anyone

Tim Rich, Service Advisor provided me with superior customer service. He is a ten star service advisor. He went above and beyond in having a new engine installed in my 2015 Sonata much quicker than I expected. He even took time out to obtain a quote and time frame from a body shop to have the hood of my car painted and had my car delivered to them. Tim is extremely friendly, very responsive, knowledgeable and treated me as if I were his most important customer. I suspect be treats each of his customers the same way, as VIPs! He was upfront with me and has restored my faith that honesty still exists in the automotive repair business. I highly recommend Tim Rich to handle your service needs.
