Best Service Department Experience EVER - Huaco2011

I cannot believe I found a dealership that has such an awesome service department. I went there with a bad taste in my mouth about mechanics, service departments and repairs in general and was about to give these guys grief because of what I consider PTSD from my hometown dealership of Greg May in Waco Texas being such a crap dealership and even worse service department. Was I ever wrong. The drive of 45 minutes down the road was all the difference in the world in service experiences. AutoMax Hyundai and Michael Bowman run like a well oiled machine. I had an appointment, was greeted and my car was rolled like an assembly line into the bay with a dozen other customers. I thought I would be there for hours so I am asked to wait. Not that I was inconvenienced one bit in a luxurious waiting area, ample with free coffee, sodas, snacks, TV and WIFI. I received text messaging about the status of my car thought-out the process. About an hour later, not only was my car fixed fast, she was fixed right the first time. WHO KNEW you can have it all. Word of advise, get to AUTOMAX as fast as you can.

I don't do these kind of reviews, but this was such a horrendous experience, I had to find a way to let others know. At first I thought the statement of work with it's 18 days to get such little work done, was insanely long. Boy was I in for a ride! Seven weeks later, I had enough and told them to have my truck out for me to pick up, whether repairs were done or not. With my drive home and getting home I found visibly 12 things that was not fixed - from small things like areas that was not painted to my bed not being mounted properly and somehow I now have one head lamp with a chrome bezel and one with a black bezel! I will not get into the detail of my experience, but I would like everyone to know about this place. Management is clearly of the 'good ol boys' club and got to where they are by riding the coat tails of others. Stay away from this place. I've had experienced this dealer, both in buying services and service department. Parkway Chevrolet is a FAR better option. The folks are actually sincere and human and want to work for you, instead of making money as the first priority.

I appreciate Tanner for being very courteous,polite,and very fast!!! I took my '92 Mazda truck to him this morning because when I made sharp turns, the steering wheel squealed loudly. He told me to start it and turn the wheel all the way to either side., It did the squeal and he said immediately "I'll be right back with my wrench". He got his wrench and within 5 seconds he had my steering belt tightened. All for FREE!!!!! Thank you for your services Tanner!!!

Avoid Momentum Collision Center. They were supposed to deliver my car on Nov 23rd, then they moved the dates to 26th, then to Dec 6th and Kept moving the dates. They kept going back to Insurance for more money. Worse customer service from Joe Sonnier. Very rude. you will not get any updates. When we called to check the status, we got the answer as 'We will call you when the car is ready'. Look at their reviews at Yelp. I wished i had read them earlier. I had trusted Audi dealership but its the worst experience. Take the car somewhere else. They take months instead of weeks. Ours was not that much of a damage to take that long.
