The finance department was straight forward and easy to work with. The finance paperwork finalization took 15 minutes or less. All and all it was a fantastic experience.

Overall very good experience buying a car from Norm Reeves. The only misunderstanding happened around the financing. While we came with an approved loan for the same vehicle, a new application was submitted to the same bank, which ultimately got rejected. The bank suggested that the existing application number should have been used by the dealership. The dealership should sort this out to properly address such cases in the future.
