From our initial visit to this dealership where we were "just looking", to the moment we drove away in a new vehicle, our experience was top tier! After visiting multiple dealers and driving different vehicles, we walked into Weisner expecting to find much of the same. But thats not what Ricky Baird had in mind for us. He spoke with great confidence in himself and the product he introduced us to. Taken back by what Hyundai had to offer in their vehicles and even more so the way in which it was presented we decided that this dealer would get our business. With multiple texts back and forth and even early Sunday morning phone calls, our questions were answered without hesitation! Both Ricky and Mike were extremely helpful in our search and when Weisner did not have the color we wanted, they found it and had it brought to us the next day. There was a pretty big set back on my purchase resulting in my vehicle having to be towed in less than 24 hours on a Sunday when they were closed. He not only showed up to meet me and the tow truck but also provided me transportation. He didn’t have to do any of that which goes to show you it wasn’t just another sale for him!
