This young lady always welcomes me with a smile when I pulled up in service department, always takes the time to make sure that I understand the services that are being rendered and their new facility is so beautiful, I followed Valerie from new Braunfels, her service is amazing I could not get the same at the other store. Keep doing a great job they are lucky to have you.

Our Hyundai Sante Fe left us stranded on vacation after passing through Amarillo. We were able to get it back to the Hyundai dealership in Amarillo and they did everything in their power to get us back on the road quickly. Thanks to your efforts the problem was resolved and we appreciate everything you did for us.

I was nervous about using this service but the technician was punctual, respectful, patient as he explained and demonstrated the issues and offered a realistic and pragmatic diagnosis and service plan. The experience changed my outlook and this will be my new way of servicing my car. The convenience of staying at home is a valuable bonus!

Despite the challenges with my 2014 Veloster, Angel, Anabelle, and the entire team of mechanics have always been precise in diagnosing and fixing the issues. I've never had to return for the same problem twice, which speaks volumes about their expertise and dedication. The customer service here is outstanding, and even the sales team goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The reason I will not recroment any one is that I was not treated good when I drop off my car, I need a ride home and the manager told the driver not to take me home. The second thing is after fixing my car I was expecting them to wash my car which other dealership does even the new engine that was put in was dirty. The third reason is I bought this car new brand for it to have engine problems less than 10 years is not right so I can’t I am not happy about this

Very upset with service department. The manager could care less. I spent over $2k on service and they could not even get engine light to come off on my wife’s car. One excuse after another and their service agents literally just read from a computer generated service sheet. Manager is a joke and basically told me he does not what is going on and he is just there to do payroll. Your experience has forced us to never consider another Hyundai ever again. Sad that in a tough economy you are ripping people off in that service department. The quote that wins it all is last thing the agent said to us was “it is not safe to drive and tech estimates full breakdown in 1 month”. Wants us to spend another $6k on service. Buyers beware of this dealer.

My experience with this Customer Service and the Service Department deserves 5 stars as my daughter travelling in my car had the skid plate fall and eventually break off letting her 5 hrs from home feeling stranded. They got the car right in and checked out the situation. They drove her to her appointment and fixed the car by removing the rest of the remaining plate and then tying up to secure what needed and then had the car ready when she returned. Instead of overcharging us, as most would they did not and were absolutely wonderful in dealing with both of us. I have seen some of the reviews not be great but the experience we had ranks the highest review I can give.

Worst car experience ever! I had an issue with the A/C that just gave up working after 18'000 miles on my 2021 Santa Fe! I went to NW Hyundai in February 2024 the first time. They fixed it, so I thought. The A/C stopped working another 3 times after that (!). 3 weeks lost waiting for my car. That's total incompetence right there. But the pearl of the year happened when I brought in my car again on July 1st for the same problem (A/C not working at all). They kept my car for exactly 1 MONTH before they could fix the problem!!! Unheard of! And to complete the worst customer service that I've ever seen in my life ! (I'm 63 and drove several times around the world in different cars). I was told that they DO NOT have loaners! I do not know if that's a lie, but one thing is for sure: Stay the xxxx away from this dealership where incompetence meets total disrespect for the customer! How am I supposed to get around in Houston if I need to leave my car for a whole month in the dealership for a repair that can be done in one day??? You tell me! Management reached out after I got my car back and wanted to know about my experience with them in an automated text message. I wrote to them that I was very unhappy with their service and asked them to contact me to talk about their performance. I gave them 3 weeks to answer. To this day, August 26th, I have not heard back from management of NW Hyundai. That tells you again about how much they appreciate you as a customer: NOT AT ALL!!!
