My rigs frame broke down across the freeway at Bucees. We ended up going to Camping World collision center We were met with a collision center specialist, "Olga", who greeted us and took care of us as though we were family. She was very pleasant and very kind and considered my condition as I am on my way to a medical facility in Phoenix. She handled everything very professionally from accessing the damage, to dealing with the insurance claim to keeping us refreshed with bottled water and a kind smile. I felt as though we were family. The details of the repair were explained and shown to me in a way that gave me every bit of confidence that I could leave my rig in their hands without worry to the day they are finished, When I couldn't come to see the progress, photos were sent to me. Olga and the staff at Camping World Katy TX went far above the call of duty. Thank you so much for all you have done. I am very grateful.
