This dealership is horrible at fixing vehicles. Took my vehicle around 3-4 times to get the AC fixed in it and they will replace all the expensive parts without fixing the AC. Had my AC going out on my 2018 Tahoe took it in the first time. I informed them that compressor was going out and it possibly needs a new compressor due to research on the issue it was having. They took it for a week and then they told me my rear evaporator is leaking replaced it said it was fixed didn’t make it 15min down the road and it completely went out worst than when I dropped it off took it back in and said the compressor was out (what I originally told them the issue was due to my own research). Replaced the compressor and it was good for almost 2 months and started again. At this point I was suspecting a leak or faulty new compressor. Took it to another shop to diagnose since the first few times dealer couldn’t fix issue. They told me the compressor was not working properly. Since it was just replaced I took it to dealer to get warranty compressor. They informed me that compressor was fine and had a leak in front evaporator core and quoted me $4000 to fix. Told them I didn’t trust there opinion and was getting a 3rd opinion took it to 3rd mechanic and after a week of tracking down the issue they informed me that they can send command to compressor to turn on some times it did some times it didn’t witch that was the issue I was having. And the solenoid inside the compressor was sticking and it needs a new compressor. Went to the dealer with my findings to get a new compressor so other mechanic can fix the issue properly. Was told I’m out of luck unless I bring vehicle back to them. Not a chance on this earth will AL Wilford ever receive another dime from me and will let everyone know they have mechanics that can’t figure out a problem even if u spell it out for them. Do not take your vehicle here if u actually want it fixed!

I was a little worried about the car being brand new, and everything looking right. The paint job and repair blended perfectly. They were fast and eager to help. Kudos to Erik and his crew! Was on a cross country road trip, front passenger fender started coming off I was on a tight time line I called the shop asked if they could squeeze me in they said yes, I arrived they took a look saw it was my pins and clips that came off they luckily had them in stock got it all taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Shout out to Brian for being an all star and doing it himself since his techs were all booked up much appreciated.

All Star Ford has the WORST Service department! They NEVER keep you updated on your automobile. I would call them several times for updates. The Service department stated they would call me back with an update!?! They would NEVER call me back. They have had the car for 5 weeks to fix the transmission. I have spoke with the Service Manger and he passes the buck the General Manger and he never returns a call. PLEASE save yourself time and MONEY and DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! They are HORRIBLE! and I STILL DON'T HAVE THE CAR!

Such crap service. I bought a brand new car that just shuts off in the middle of the road and I've waited all day to get a rental car or to hear something about my cat, and have yet to hear anything. I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding repeated unsatisfactory service at All Star Honda located at 1399 S Danville Dr, Abilene TX 79605, concerning my vehicle’s infotainment and camera system on our 2018 Honda Odyssey. Despite multiple visits to the dealership and payment for services rendered, my issue has not been resolved, and I have not been refunded for the services that were not completed as promised. Here is a summary of the situation: 1. Initial Visit: On Dec 30, 2021, I brought my 2018 Honda Odyssey to the dealership for repair of the infotainment system, which was malfunctioning and cracking and popping could be heard from the speakers. During this visit the stress was relieved from the communication (“MOST” cables) and the problem was fixed for a short period of time. 2. Follow-Up Visits: 1. On April 29, 2024, we brought our Honda Odyssey in for the main display which houses the radio, rear back-up camera, cabin watch camera and various other features was turning off and on by itself. Dealership did find an update to push and accomplished the update. 2. Despite the service performed, the issue persisted, and I returned to the dealership on Jul 31, 2024 for a safety recall (#23-046, to address the “MOST” coaxial cable connector issues that can cause the rear camera to malfunction where a replacement coaxial was replaced to due the tension, tightness and manufacturing defects.) 3. The vehicle was brought back to the dealership again on Dec 9,2024 for problems stemming from the main infotainment display; the display was turning off and on randomly, the back-up camera presented “MOST” connection errors and would not show the backup camera video feed. Honda mis-diagnosed the problem to be a faulty amp and tuner set and these items were replaced for $1890.11 and the vehicle was returned to us on Dec 13, 2024. 4. After paying nearly $1890.11, we believed that our Honda was operating as it should and that our safety concerns of running over someone’s child or our own child were mitigated. However less than four weeks after the previous visit, we brought it back to the Honda dealership on Jan 2, 2025 for the same problem with the infotainment system turning off and on intermittently, the camera not working properly and displaying the same errors it previously did. During the 13 days that the car was at the dealership very little information was provided to the us on what was being done on our vehicle. I drove by the dealership numerous times only to find our van parked behind the dealership with no one working on it. It seemed as if the dealership had given up on it and moved on, but didn’t want to tell us that they didn’t have the expertise to fix it or didn’t know what to do next. We had asked the dealership numerous times if they had found any solutions and all we heard was that they were “troubleshooting”, even though the van wasn’t in the service bay on multiple occasions as I drove behind the dealership. The Honda service advisor told us repeatedly that they were attempting to find the issue but recalls were taking priority in the shop. After finding no viable resolution for almost two weeks, we told the dealership that we needed our car back on Jan 14, 2025, despite no repair being accomplished. 3. Failure to Address the Issue: After 3 visits within a 6-month period (Aug 31 2024, Dec 9 2024 and Jan 2, 2025), the infotainment and camera system are still malfunctioning and “MOST” connection errors are still present. I have spent a significant amount of time and money attempting to resolve this matter, with no resolution. 4. Request for Refund: Given that the issue remains unresolved, I formally requested a refund for the charges incurred on Dec 9, 2024 visit of $1890.11. The bad reviews across various platforms are a direct reflection of this dealerships trustworthiness. We were offered a trade in value for our car, but it was not a fair trade amount so it was declined.
