I will never deal with Wharton Ford again!! The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with. I called to cancel a part I ordered that was originally told to me would be here 1-2 days ago and the service guy Robert hung up on me. If it is not a Ford product seems you are not a priority. Plus, I was in the process of purchasing a new car and they fired my sales guy. He was the only reason I was dealing with Wharton Ford to begin with on the second purchase. When I got hung up on today, I told my other salesperson I would no longer deal with Wharton Ford. This is pitiful in such a small town.

I moved to Amarillo in July of 2022 and in doing so I search for the best service for all of my personal needs. As a proud owner of 2 Lincoln vehicles I found the best in Hereford, Tx. No dealers in Amarillo could come close to the quality of service that I found at WHITEFACE FORD. Their staff are amazing and their service is impeccable. Their pick up and delivery service makes scheduling very convenient. The best in vehicle service lies at WHITEFACE FORD.

Took my car in running bad..low power..they diagnosed and installed a new catalytic converter $3700.When I picked up car would still barely run..I barely got it home..been told by 2 mechanics cat had nothing to do with it..ECM was diagnosed as bad..Wiesner just took a stab and replaced most expensive thing first..Nobody has responded to my emails for 5 months now..I totally feel cheated !!2012 Traverse was bought at Wiesner in 2019..Felt like they would be fair..Bad choice.When I was picking up mechanic basically said he had no idea what was wrong..So just replace something expensive!Been a Wiesner customer for 25+years 10+cars..old timers in Conroe treated us right!! I am now 74 years old and totally upside down with this unreliable car..

We bought a used vehicle from them. It was supposed to have brand new tires with warranty. My wife drove 20k in less than a yr tires went bald supposed to be 60k tires from what we were told they did not want to warranty them instead told us if I wanted warranty I should go to discount so that's what I did not to mention the fact the previous oul change by the time my wife got home had to tighten the oil filter it almost fell off and brake fluid was low so the service department needs better techs and better customer service skills
