Always bring in my car for maintenance because I like VW’s service schedule. I usually bring my car at the 10k mark and my service history is in one place and takes the guesswork of what and when it was done. Service advisors are friendly and make sure everything is covered for repair. Plus they provide you with video of the service tech explaining the repair and recommendations. Robert Trevino, the service manager I deal with is an invaluable asset to the dealership and a gem of a guy. Totally customer service and satisfaction focused.

This place has to be the worst place I have ever dealt with in customer service Left my car off for an oil change and alignment...two days later they have not even started the process I go to pick up the car and the back bumper is off and waited to get it put back on. Paid 150 for them to do nothing I would not a buy a car from this place for any reason I should have taken it to Lubbock to get it serviced ... the service department is the worst in Midland !
