Never take your vehicle here for repairs! I he sales team will find your number and harass you to purchase a new car! Had two sales “managers” call me within the same day even after I strongly told them NO. They service department will lie to you about issues with your vehicle and charge you ungodly prices. They will also tell you the part is new and it’s actually refurbished. Charged me $1100 for a used alternator that didn’t fix my car issue at all. Service manager won’t answer my calls. Hopefully my credit card company can stop payment because these people are predators only! Never go here

I would like to sing the praises of Honda, Brown Honda in Amarillo and, in particular, Paul Parrish for their exceptional customer service, professionalism and grace they extended to me and my family. Because of some issues I was having with my 2010 Honda CRV Honda stepped up and did the right thing by getting me a rental vehicle while my car was getting fixed. On the day I turned my rental vehicle in I met with Paul Parrish in the Honda Service Department several times as he wanted to ensure I was thoroughly satisfied and that there were no issues with my vehicle. My 2012 Honda Accord front end sounded like it was grinding on deceleration after driving about 800 miles. Within a short time, it was discovered that it was 2 loose lugnuts on driver side!! Amazing catch, since my car was last serviced at a Tulsa, Oklahoma Honda dealer for balance/rotation. Thanks Brock and Raymond for the save, literally!

When I requested an estimate they said they would first have to order a part. They did not give me a followup call. However, when I tried again I got good service. They set my expectations appropriately and explained that without replacing the whole door they could not eliminate a slight gap. However, the service was quick and what I paid seemed very reasonable. I don't even notice the wind noise they said I might have.
