I made an appointment with Mr. Chad Molock, Service Manager at Rockwall Honda, for my 20,000 mile routine maintenance. It was my daughter's car, but she was busy, so I went in for her, and she told me to make an appointment with Chad. He did a great job with the things that need to be checked and taken care of at 20,000 miles (i.e. oil change, wheel alignment, brake fluid change, etc.). Even though it took more time than expected (almost 2.5 hours) , I had the added pleasure of taking care of my daughter's car. I appreciated Mr. Chad updating me on the progress of the repairs halfway through, and the car is driving very well after the maintenance.

The service was easy to schedule, the technician arrived within the scheduled time allotment, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable of my vehicle and provided second to none service so much so that I remember his name and I for one am a person that's not good with remembering names. Josh also provided information regarding things to be aware of and provided a general overview of the health and condition of my vehicle of which gave me a sense of security in my purchase. My Auto Nation Mobile Service contract purchase was hands down one of if not my best purchases of 2024!

I was nervous about using this service but the technician was punctual, respectful, patient as he explained and demonstrated the issues and offered a realistic and pragmatic diagnosis and service plan. The experience changed my outlook and this will be my new way of servicing my car. The convenience of staying at home is a valuable bonus!

I needed work done on my Honda pilot to fix a transmission problem that was under a 150,000 mile extended warranty. I placed a call to Grapevine Honda and explained the error code on the transmission and the Honda warranty extension. My call was returned promptly by service advisor Andrew Chavira, who quickly and efficiently confirmed my eligibility for warranty work and began the process of ordering needed parts and scheduling work. The work was done in an efficient and timely fashion, exactly as had been discussed with Mr. Chavira. There were no extra or hidden costs, and no pressure to have added service work done. It was a big and expensive job, all covered by Honda’s warranty. The work was completed, and so far, the Pilot is running perfectly. Grapevine Honda even washed the Pilot before returning it. Based on my experience, I recommend Grapevine Honda’s service department and Mr. Chavira.

I went into the dealership today to order a new part and to inquiry about a recall part (fuel pump) for 2018 Honda Ridgeline. Ms. Zully Rivero in the Parts Department was very helpful. Ms. Rivero found the part I was looking for and ordered it for me. My part should be in by Friday, 12/27/2024. My recall part was not in stock. Ms. Rivero advised that she would make a note to check on the recall part and let me know when a shipment comes in. I'm glad Ms. Rivero helped me today! I plan to order more parts for my Ridgeline in the future. I will look for Ms. Rivero for all my new part needs in the future. Merry Christmas!

Took a Ridgeline in for a recall issue. - D

Took a Ridgeline in for a recall issue. I know it takes awhile for a dealer to be reimbursed for recall work so since I was at 20% on brake pads had them replaced…vehicle was dropped off at 8am with a eta of 2pm on work. Vehicle was finally done at 7:30pm, with the advisor saying rotors had to be turned 4 times…(hence the delay) now I drove professionally for 45 years in everything from step vans to big rigs…I saw absolutely no issues with the rotors on this vehicle so it’s really difficult to trust a 20 something advisor who was more interested in texting friends than taking care of customers
