The Express Service department was absorbed into the main Katy Honda dealership recently. I took my 2023 CRV Hybrid in for a strange sound under the hood this week, and I could not be more pleased with the service my car and I received. The tech at the desk (Mark) remembers me every time I go in (which is not frequently), and he greets me with a smile. Sandy took the vehicle and ran a diagnostic and determined what it needed. She communicated with me immediately, and they got started on the repair quickly. When I came to collect it, Batman (aka Mose) was a delight to work with. The cashier explained all my paperwork, applied my coupon and got me out of there fast. Every time I come in, they make me feel cared about, listened to, and I always leave feeling confident in the work that has been done to my car at a fair price. In a world where they could be anything, this service department chooses to be friendly, professional, and efficient. Every time I leave I tell them I hope I don't have to see them for a while, but it has been nice working with them.
