I never thought i’d say this, but i’m always excited when I go into Honda Gillman in Selma for ANY service my vehicle needs. Everytime I go Joel Aguilar always treats me like family, he is very thorough, what makes me come back to him is he is very honest and has LOTS of integrity. Thank you Mr. Aguilar for always taking great care of my vehicles needs and making her last! He is a very great asset to honda and ALWAYS puts his customers needs first!

I have been driving Hondas for almost 27 years. I'm aware of mechanical issues that can happen, regular maintenance that should be done, etc. I had never used this dealership until recently. I acquired an old Pilot, and decided to try them out with an oil change. From previous experiences, I won't go anywhere else for that service, but a Honda dealership. I get treated just like any other customer, even though my car isn't as shiny and new. I like the inspections and reminders they go over for service. It's not a hard sell, like you might find with other convenient places. Connor and Greg B. have been most helpful with all my questions and service needs. Both were informative on how I can save on some needed maintenance. Both went out of their way--Conner with providing me carfax to determine current service needs and quotes, and Greg going above and beyond with loaner options, and his service, and ideas to save money. The dealership was busy both times those men helped me, and they were patient and kind, never rushed me, nor did they exhibit anything other than superior service. Thank you!!!!

Horrible experience. I have a Honda fit that had a recall for the air bags and the Lost motion spring broken. I called and made an appointment and told the guy on the phone that I had a letter that said I could get a rental car until it was fixed because the air bags we're a death issue. He told me that they would order the air bags and bring it in Tuesday and they would fix it and discuss the rental car if I needed the motion. Spring replaced. Well asked for the rental when I arrived to make sure they were gonna issue one because it said I could get one and he told me I never mentioned it in the convo on the phone. When I told him I did he argues with me and talked over me the whole time telling me that I never said that and called me a liar. This is by far the rudest service manager have ever seen in my life. If I didn't have to deal with this person I would never go back. Now the car salesman we're amazing thou they were super friendly and extremely nice and I give them 5 stars as I would purchase a car from them. I just would make sure that I would take it to a different place to have any work done on it.i have never been called a liar by anyone that was titled service manager. He was extremely rude.

I don't do these kind of reviews, but this was such a horrendous experience, I had to find a way to let others know. At first I thought the statement of work with it's 18 days to get such little work done, was insanely long. Boy was I in for a ride! Seven weeks later, I had enough and told them to have my truck out for me to pick up, whether repairs were done or not. With my drive home and getting home I found visibly 12 things that was not fixed - from small things like areas that was not painted to my bed not being mounted properly and somehow I now have one head lamp with a chrome bezel and one with a black bezel! I will not get into the detail of my experience, but I would like everyone to know about this place. Management is clearly of the 'good ol boys' club and got to where they are by riding the coat tails of others. Stay away from this place. I've had experienced this dealer, both in buying services and service department. Parkway Chevrolet is a FAR better option. The folks are actually sincere and human and want to work for you, instead of making money as the first priority.

I appreciate Tanner for being very courteous,polite,and very fast!!! I took my '92 Mazda truck to him this morning because when I made sharp turns, the steering wheel squealed loudly. He told me to start it and turn the wheel all the way to either side., It did the squeal and he said immediately "I'll be right back with my wrench". He got his wrench and within 5 seconds he had my steering belt tightened. All for FREE!!!!! Thank you for your services Tanner!!!
