My 2019 Yukon was serviced recently here. My service advisor was James and he was excellent. He communicated from drop off to pick up and worked with me to ensure my vehicle was taken care of. Vikki is also an excellent employee here and has always been helpful anytime I’ve had to bring my vehicle in. For regular maintenance or personal concerns. My Yukon is running like new and I’m pleased with the quality of service and work provided.

Just took my 2022 Sierra 4x4 Texas Edition GMC Truck in to have the heated seat chip installed since it was not available when purchased about 6 months ago. Took 2hrs 15 minutes to get there...32 MPG on my 3.0 Diesel which rides like my wife's Navigator. Scheduled an appointment and it was done in an hour. Smooth as silk. Tyler was great in service...even sent me a text to track how it was going or available during service if I had a question. Tyler even told me there would be a free shuttle if I wanted to go eat lunch while waiting. What? First time ever been treated like that and I'm 73. Thankyou Tyler and thank you Classic for service above and beyond.

I brought my 2021 GMC Sierra in on a Tuesday (no appointment) with a blown engine and had it back the same week with a new motor. Not only was this service done in a very timely manner, my service consultant (Jasmine Garcia) was very professional and called me multiple times to keep me informed during the process. Sewell gained a customer for life I can tell you that.

I primarily was working with Kim L, while my truck was being worked on, but have talked to the other gentlemen in her absence, all very helpful and professional. Even the ladies that schedule rides to and from my residents were determined and successful finding me a ride home, even though my address didn't pull up due to being a new street. Definitely happy I bought my truck from Patriot and super thankful for their dedication and commitment to providing great customer service.
