Made an appt.10 days prior,went in on time and got signed in. About 30 min.later the owner of the dealeship came and told me they wouldn't be getting to my truck today,I asked why since I had an appt.and he told me he wasnt putting me in front of his customers since I hadn't bought the truck from him,I asked for the nearest GMC dealers phone number in Corsicana,he then rudely told me "it's in the phone book,go look it up" and walked off.This man is the rudest a**hole I have ever met to be the owner of a dealership. I then called a friend and got the number to the other dealer on my own. The service consultant at Carl Whites in Corsicana told me to come on up and they would take care of me. I drove straight up there and they took me in and diagnosed my problem,ordered the parts and made a next day appt.to install the parts.I am fixing to be on my way up there shortly.Hmmm,this dealer cares enough to work someone in for warranty work two days in a row and is a LOT busier than CenTex was. As an added note,an ex service tech from Centex told me the owner used to tell his employees he doesn't want service/warranty work,all he is interested in is selling new vehicles. SO,beware if you are thinking of buying a vehicle or getting a vehicle in his service dept for warranty work,if you dont believe me just call and ask for Mr Goswick and try to get in to get service if you didnt buy it there and see how rude he is to you......

Worst customer service experience I have ever received. First my car was brought in because the tire was in properly installed by there technician. I had 1 lug nut on and one sitting on the tire. To make the matter worse, I had to find and deal with getting the car towed to them. Then when I picked up the vehicle I got no service ticket of what was done. To top it all off no apology from anyone about all this. If your car needs service stay away and go to another Ford dealership.

They were selling a "Certified" low mileage suburban. I brought a body shop person with me to inspect the truck. As it turned out it had been hit on the rear drivers side door area. Carfax showed minor damage to the rear of the truck. The salesman was literally speechless when we confronted him with the inspection results.

To begin with the car had to be towed to the Dealership a 2nd. time. 8 days to repair my car & they don't offer loaners, nor did they tell me that I could get a rental & be reimbursed for it. This car is still under warranty, so far it has had 2 batteries replaced, 2 Fuel pumps replaced, multiple trips to get the rear camera repaired. Plus I paid to have the original tires replaced which were defective. I called GM to complain & see if they could help. The answer was they would get back to me in 3 days. The GM rep. that called me back mentioned that the Service Manager said that they had trouble contacting me to let me know the car was ready. I offered to show her the phone call log on my phone so that she could see that that was just not right. Buying the car was a pleasurable experience. My dealings with service have been just the opposite. I will say that Nick tried his best and was easy to deal with.

Simply the best customer service, compassion, integrity and professionalism. I will only buy and service my vehicles from them from now on if I can. I have dealt with their sales team, owner, and service teams and every interaction I have had was amazing. Their sales staff, managers and owner provide very fair pricing for trade-ins and do not pressure you at all. We were even prayed for at one point as we discussed some pressing issues going on in our family. Not only are they kind and good people, they TOTALLY take care of their customers. We had an issue with a Ford Maverick truck that required multiple investigations to find a solution for, and despite the b2b warranty expiring during the investigation, they kept at it until they finally found the solution. They could have bailed on me since they weren't making any money on the investigation/repair. They could have just said "sorry bro, we can't figure it out and it's not really a warranty issue anymore", but they didn't. They solved the issue and now it's my favorite vehicle I've ever owned, and they are my favorite dealership of all time! I feel like I was take care of as part of an extended family. My wife and I are taking them some home made bread this week as a thank you, and they will by the first place I go for anything and everything vehicle related from now on. May the Lord's grace and favor be upon them and their families. I appreciate them all so very much.

HORRIBLE service department. My 2022 Explorer had a recall that they hemmed and hawed over, stallingfor months to get it in to fix it. When I asked them about it they were rude and condescending, I'm not sure if that's because I'm female, or if they are that way with everyone. They told me it would take 2 days for them to look under my car and see if I even needed the repair (hello, it's a FORD RECALL), then I would have to schedule an additional 2 days for the repair. And no, they do not offer a loaner. The whole time the service rep (Tim?) spoke with such disdain, and seemed irritated that I wasn't buying that it would take so long. So I called around and Henson in Madisonville said they would be happy to fix it. The service manager even gave me his personal cell number so we could stay in touch. When we got there he just slid under the car on his back to make sure we needed the repair. It took him 20 seconds, not 2 days. Our buying experience was not horrible, although they would give no discount or price cut whatsoever. However, the Service Dept is a real deal breaker. They are awful. I won't buy another car in this town, because the same man owns almost all the local car dealerships. If he lets CS Ford be run this way, I'm sure his other ones are too. And they don't even give you a complimentary car wash! I wish there was an option for negative stars.

What good is an appointment if you still wait and wait. No parts in stock for normal replacement part. "Life time warranty" that is not honored. And maybe worst of all, nobody will answer the main phone line! In addition, had to pry lug nuts off to fix a flat because they were so over torqued to the point that even with an air driver wrench, they could not be removed! Had to buy new lug nuts. Did they take any responsibility? Repeated messages to Service Manager have yet to be returned
