Scheduled service twice at 7:30am waited all day both times to only be told it would be sometime the next day. What is the point of an appointment?

Absolutely Abysmal service. Had my truck for a recall for 8 months. Did not get any responses out of them. Had to call Ford corporate to understand. They outright lies about the whole situation. I called to get it fixed after finally getting ahold of the gm, who told me "there's nothing we can do for you, come get your truck. They couldn't even perform a simple recall. Evidently, according to the actual Ford representative, this place does NOT file protocol for recalls. Mac haik did it in 1 week. I'm still trying to get this remedied, I had to pay for my damned recall. I have reported them multiple times to the NHTSA. I have another friend who had her car totaled by big star on the way to caliber. They dropped it off anyway. Guess who had to tell her they totalled it? Caliber! DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR VEHICLES HERE

Do not have your vehicle serviced here. I bought a new truck and had power boards, bed cover and leveling kit installed. Was told a day that turned into 5 days with no updates unless I called about them. Talked to service manager Patrick and he said he would get to the bottom of it . After 30 minutes call my salesman that was off and home with sick kid and he got me information. Called Patrick back up and he hadn't even looked into it. Now truck is back in for a windshield replacement dropped off Thursday and said it would be ready by Saturday. Was called in Friday everything on track and good to go. Now Saturday before 9:00 am I get a phone call from Patrick that it will be Monday or Tuesday before it is ready. I am not sure what to think about the service department there and afraid what is going to happen if I have to e to take the truck in for any repairs or anything since the maintenance plan was bought through them. Stay far far away unless you want continuous issues and lies

Bought 3 new cars from this dealership in Victoria Texas. This is one of 2 we purchased brand new in 2022. A month or so ago the cruise control went out. Made an appointment to get it repaired, because it was still under warranty. They had trouble taking the steering column apart, saying the air bag might not work. They claimed someone took the steering column apart and tampered with it. Now they are telling us they repaired the cruise control switch, but they found other issues (metal filings in the steering column? Paint marks on the steering column?) and that they will not warranty it because of suspected tampering. When we asked multiple times if it was safe to drive, they would not say it was. Now they are telling us we have to come and pick up the unsafe car and sign a paper stating they are not responsible for anything that happens going forward. When we asked if they were accusing us of tampering with it, the manager said no. We are the only owners. Welcome to Mac Haik customer service. (reviews are abysmal and they tend to not honor warranties regularly) They still have our car.

The Maintenance and Repair Department Lacks Attention To Detail, After Purchasing A 80 Thousand USD VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP I ASSUMED THAT BY RETURNING IT TO THEM I WOULD RECEIVE BETTER PRODUCT SUPPORT. I should have known better after bringing it back to have the left front headlight replaced under warranty. I was pleased that the service advisor recommended that I myself do an inspection prior to driving off assuming that the repair was completed. After opening the hood we found that many of the parts that had been removed to replace headlight had not been reinstalled. DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT NOT HAVING SOME FORM OF CHECKS OR QUALITY CONTROL. OVER THE SEVEN YEARS THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY PROGRESS TOWARDS A SOLUTION. NOW AFTER HAVING A 6000.00 Repair On The Sunroof That Broke And Was Leaking ITS STILL NOT REPAIRED ITS STILL LEAKING I CANT EVEN TAKE IT TO A DRIVE THROUGH CAR WASH WITHOUT WATER POURING IN FROM THE FOWARD PILLAR GRAB HANDLES. If you are a woman, Red McCombs Ford will take advantage of you! They charged me 2,000 for a battery and keys. They claim that they did all this other stuff to it but they didn't and I had to TOW it back home. Yes. You read that right. Charged me 1,100 in labor because they have INCOMPETENT mechanics aka glorified oil changers.

I have a 2012 Ford Focus with that transmission. You know the one. Anyway, it failed again and I was having a bumpy time determining who should pay for it. Fortunately, they changed the Service Manager on my case to Chris Wunderlich. Chris reasoned with me - he didn't demand payment, he explained Killeen Ford's position and provided additional information I didn't have previously. He was patient while I worked with Ford Corporate to find a way to get Corporate to pay for the repair. In the end, I found Chris to be a reasonable, patient, okay-persistent, Service Manager. He wasn't insulting, condescending, or pushy. He handled this situation very well. If you are working with Killeen Ford's service department, you would do well to ask for Chris. I'm not related to him, I just think he is a great guy to work with.

All Star Ford has the WORST Service department! They NEVER keep you updated on your automobile. I would call them several times for updates. The Service department stated they would call me back with an update!?! They would NEVER call me back. They have had the car for 5 weeks to fix the transmission. I have spoke with the Service Manger and he passes the buck the General Manger and he never returns a call. PLEASE save yourself time and MONEY and DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP! They are HORRIBLE! and I STILL DON'T HAVE THE CAR!

Such crap service. I bought a brand new car that just shuts off in the middle of the road and I've waited all day to get a rental car or to hear something about my cat, and have yet to hear anything. Saying they are can't tell me anything. Awful. Awful I wouldn't recommend this place at all... to anyone!!!!

My first visit to this dealership. I needed service for the Ford airbag recall on my 2010 Ranger. I spoke with Bill Cass who ordered the correct part for my truck; and called the next day to set my appointment. He did explain it could take up to 2 hours so I could make plans. I met with Luis in the service department. Luis asked if they could take me somewhere for the duration which I appreciated. I spent time there looking at the new vehicles and chatting with other personnel. Everyone was very friendly. I wasn't there to buy anything and still was treated as a valued customer.
