Can’t say enough bad things about our experience. They’re very friendly and accommodating throughout the purchase phase but that honeymoon doesn’t last. About 7 months after we purchased our A6, it needed an oil change. Took it in and had it changed but afterwards, the car wouldn’t start. 4 months later we had no diagnosis as to what was wrong, no ETA as to when it would be fixed, and the only communication we would get from our service rep was a bi-weekly text that said “no new news about your car”. At this point, we asked them to buy the car back and we’re told they don’t do that. Enter our lawyers and another 4 months later, we finally sign the paperwork to have them buy the car back. Our service rep was incompetent, the service manager was rude, never returned any of our calls and never answered our questions, just handed out excuse after excuse. I tried to speak with the GM but he was too busy to talk with me. I was given his assistant to speak to and was told she would be speaking with him right away when he got back from lunch. Just like the rest of his employees, I never got a call back. I’m still flabbergasted that a company can operate the way they do and stay in business. Not only will I never own another Audi, I’ll never purchase a vehicle from any North Park dealership.
