The lifetime oil change offer is explored by service - Cctloone
The lifetime oil change offer is explored by service employees so that the dealer doesn't have to provide the free service regularly. Anyone with this free oil change offer is pushed behind every service order, including the ones that arrive after them. Our of the 7 attempts I've made to have my oil change, 3 of them have been completed. I had to wait more than 2 hours on multiple occasions. My vehicle was deprioritized because I was "off of work that day". The total list of service team members is never updated to include employees who have worked there for over 2 years thusly they are unable to be rated poorly though they manage over 70 percent of service offers, ie "Daniel", who is always "on the phone" though my phone calls to the service center are never answered and sent immediately to voicemail in a discriminatory manner based on my service plan and issues with the service plan. The member of services who initially approached my vehicle did not offer their name or have a name tag. They told me to talk to Daniel. Daniel had me waiting while he stayed on the phone even though I was just trying to leave my key for the oil change. I asked Rudy if I could leave my key, he placed me behind the line, with 3 vehicles ahead of me. All 3 vehicles were gone within the first hour of waiting yet 3 other vehicles were being service ahead of mine. I asked about this issue and initially Rudy attempted to say I was behind these vehicles. I described the vehicles I was originally behind, he admitted they were gone but continued insisting I was next but after the 3 vehicles who arrived after me. There are NO options to schedule any services ahead of time.
