When you choose not to have their service department perform recommended but not necessary task they slide your car to the back of the line and you sit for hours after they say it will be right out!!! This has happened on multiple occasions!!! I will never bring my toyota back here for service.

The shop is extremely friendly and came through for me in a pinch. GREAT TECHS! They fixed it where others could not. Going to the dealer turned out to be much cheaper than the shop estimate I got from an independent shop.

Courteous staff, status update of work in progress, recommend additional work which was performed only after discussing the issue and getting my permission to proceed. Clean waiting room. Staff asks for if I needed any drinks or snacks while I waited. Very timely completion of work.

Had the oil changed in my 2021 Tacoma 3k miles ago when I started noticing a pool of engine oil under the engine on the garage floor. I took a look and saw oil dipping from the drain plug so I checked it to find out it was loose, backed off about an 1/8 of a turn. Be carful who you let work on your vehicle.. Service Manager never called back after I tried to contact Dealership.

I work long hours so I filled an application online for a vehicle..I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and touch bases.. I expected to hear back within the second day with my approval or denied but talk about wow it’s been three days I called multiple times and there response is I’ll give you a call back or let you know what my manager says.. wish I had went elsewhere before I let them run my credit..just would be satisfied with better communication next time/ hopefully y’all won’t have the same bad luck I had thanks for reading...
