They would have gotten 5 stars if not for the facilities. The people are the ones who deserve 5 stars. 2015 was my 4th new vehicle purchase. I haven't dealt with the sales staff lately, but it's been my experience that they're knowledgeable, and they LISTEN to your needs. As for the service department, I couldn't ask for a better service writer than Colby Moore. He can tell you what's critical, what's needed in the near future and what can wait until the funds become available. Their have been some mishaps but they always make it right. All 4 of my purchases have been serviced there, dating back to 2007. I have no complaints.

Well I arrived at the Express Line for an oil change and I show them the coupon and the first thing they say we don’t honor that coupon I’m like well is on y’all’s website yeah we don’t excepted anymore, I told him it doesn’t expired til 12/31/2022 so the coupon was for $45 synthetic oil and they were telling me we only honor the $80 synthetic oil. So they don’t honor the $45 dollar one but the honor the $80. What kind of xx is this. I know is a couple of bucks different but saving a buck here and there goes a long way.

Replace rearview mirror - Voltowner

When I requested an estimate they said they would first have to order a part. They did not give me a followup call. However, when I tried again I got good service. They set my expectations appropriately and explained that without replacing the whole door they could not eliminate a slight gap. However, the service was quick and what I paid seemed very reasonable. I don't even notice the wind noise they said I might have.
