Superb Service Dept. at Ancira! I was less than a month past expiration date and 15k under my warranty foe my Aux battery dying on me. Auxiliary battery is a problem that can go wrong with Jeep Gladiators. Nonetheless, they honored the warranty on my Jeep that I purchased from them! Big shout outs for thanks to David, Shane and Judd at Ancira Jeep…yes, I will continue to be a loyal customer and tell my friends what a stand up dealership you guys are!!!

The one star is for the service at the parts department. Bayshore Dodge parts department sold me a $1000 Mopar EVTS system that I cannot activate. Guide point told me the device is 3G. Guide point no longer activated or supports 3G devices. So I purchased a lifetime gold package $400 + and the EVTS device $500+ and cannot return them and cannot use them. My name is Matthew Creed. Well I arrived at the Express Line for an oil change and I show them the coupon and the first thing they say we don’t honor that coupon I’m like well is on y’all’s website yeah we don’t excepted anymore, I told him it doesn’t expired til 12/31/2022 so the coupon was for $45 synthetic oil and they were telling me we only honor the $80 synthetic oil. So they don’t honor the $45 dollar one but the honor the $80. What kind of xx is this. I know is a couple of bucks different but saving a buck here and there goes a long way.

Replace rearview mirror - Voltowner

When I requested an estimate they said they would first have to order a part. They did not give me a followup call. However, when I tried again I got good service. They set my expectations appropriately and explained that without replacing the whole door they could not eliminate a slight gap. However, the service was quick and what I paid seemed very reasonable. I don't even notice the wind noise they said I might have.
