Everybody knows a horror story or how xxxxty dealerships can be after you buy your vehicle. Took my 2019 Jeep grand Cherokee trailhead in for a headlight flickering. Had to okay 247.00 up front. They told me the bulb needed to be replaced. Told me 757.00. I asked why so high. They said the part was 550.00. If I wanted to leave I had to lose 247.00. It ended up costing me 855.00 to replace headlight bulb here. That is the bulb only not the whole assembly. The service advisors were laughing at me because I was so upset. I cannot afford this who could??? I will never go back there. Horrible price gouging. Not fair to consumers.

Sales experience great. Desk/admin personnel great. Actual service and repair horrible. Check engine light/alarm came on in our 17 month old low mileage Hyundai Santa Fe XRT. Also received check engine warning alerts in BlueLink. Took in but they couldn’t find anything so reset alerts and said let them know if happened again. Short time later same thing. Took in and this time said oxygen sensor was bad. Kept vehicle a week and replaced sensor. Short time later same thing. Took in and this time said catalytic converter was bad. Disabled alarm/warning light and said keep driving and they would contact us and let us know about repair status and when to bring back in. A week later no word and warning lights back on.

My car suddenly would not start on a Friday that I needed it the most due to a family emergency so I had it towed in into the dealership. Micheal was the resource with information on my car and for the entire time, he was professional, patient and honest in providing me updates. In the end, he was able to get my car in line for diagnosis, and the main issue was fixed on time for me to pick it up before the office closed for the weekend.
