She went above and beyond to make sure we stayed up to date on the progress of my car from the beginning to the end. The day i picked up my car she had it running and warmed up and ready to go. She made the drop off and pick up go so smooth. By far one of the best experiences, we have had in a very long time. If you need anything in the service department Ashely is your girl. Just awful service, overseen by a Service Manager who could not care less that the service is terrible. Sad that I have to post 1 star because 0 is not an option. Had an issue with AC Service, made an appointment to have the car seen and showed up early for the appointment. Was told upon arrival that the issue could not be diagnosed for 3-4 days. Asked what the point of the appointment was, and was told that it's just to "see the advisor so the advisor can then tell me when they can diagnose the problem". Told them I thought that was an awful way of doing business, Kolby, the service advisor, informed me that "400 cars in front of you don't seem to care". Asked to speak with the Service Manager, and told them they'd lost me as a customer, Brian, the Service Manager, responded that he didn't really care and then condescendingly told me to "have a blessed holiday" as he smirked at me and walked off. Went to the front desk to speak with the General Manager, and they couldn't even tell me when they would be arriving. Seems obvious there's no one overseeing anyone at the dealership, and their service is reflective of that. Take your car anywhere else, lots of places that value customer service, Dodge City McKinney is not one of them.

Sales experience great. Desk/admin personnel great. Actual service and repair horrible. Check engine light/alarm came on in our 17 month old low mileage Hyundai Santa Fe XRT. Also received check engine warning alerts in BlueLink. Took in but they couldn’t find anything so reset alerts and said let them know if happened again. Short time later same thing. Took in and this time said oxygen sensor was bad. Kept vehicle a week and replaced sensor. Short time later same thing. Took in and this time said catalytic converter was bad. Disabled alarm/warning light and said keep driving and they would contact us and let us know about repair status and when to bring back in. A week later no word and warning lights back on.
