The work that was done by service personnel to repair my car was outstanding; it looks as good as new, just like it did before a deer ran into it. The worst service experience, it’s been two weeks-no status as of today, not to mention I was sold a damaged car. In 30 years of buying cars, this has been the worst experience-ever!

Service Department is Expensive!!! - CJ

They charged $225 each for O2 sensors + labor and according to online estimates it should have been $135 each including parts and labor. They also recommended a bunch of filter changes and flushes that were over priced as well. The crowning blow was they would not do factory recall work required by Dodge if they weren't going to change the over priced O2 sensors. Ended up with an almost $900 bill for O2 sensors and fuel filters. They are lucky they were dealing with my son and not me. They wouldn't have done any work if I had been there from the start.

Worst experience ever for repairs. Took the vehicle into be repaired came back needing more repairs besides the one we took it in for and was dropped when being repaired by the dealership didn’t contact us to inform us of what happened. Turned them into the BBB got a reply from the general manager Chase Bradley to contact him for a resolution for the problems they caused . Have left ma y voice messages and written messages with no answer on the phone number he gave us to call. Just another one of their ways to get out of doing what is right! Will not return to Pegasus dealership . Letting all we know not to trust or use the dealership either. We’re retired on fixed incomes and the 3000$ we paid for repairs which weren’t completed could be used as a return investment to getting the work done somewhere knowable .

I'd like to thank Service Mngr Chris, Chad, J.T., and the technician who helped me. They were professional, friendly, and very helpful with my 2019 Ram Laramie. J.T. knows the 12 inch screen UConnect system better than anyone I've found. He and Chris taught me how to use the Navigation system and performed an update that revived my back-up camera and SiriusXM.

This has to be the worst dealer. Poor customer service. I have dealt with them several times and all were bad. The final was when I attempted to schedule warranty work and was told I would need to leave vehicle there for 5 to 7 days before they would look at it.

Made service appointment to have struts replaced on my Chrysler 300. On the appointed day I drove 40 miles to the dealership. Arrived early, reviewed what was needed and left. In three hours I called to check to see what time it would be completed. Later learned that the parts were not there and would take 3 to five days to get there. I have made other arrangements (for less money) and have no plans to return to Premier Autoplex.

Progressive made me take my car here because of an accident when I got my car back the first time there was still damage to my door and then there was a chemical inside my vehicle and some kind of over spray on the windshield this over spray I tried to clean myself and it wouldn’t come off I had to deal with Patrick so I could bring my car back get the door completely fixed and my windshield issue taken care of . So I get my car back again and the over spray is still there now I’m dealing with Corey who called me and is now trying to say they have to figure out where it came from. I’ve brought up this issue as soon as I got my car back the first time. There playing games with me and giving me the run around about getting my windshield fixed. I paid my deductible and I expected good quality work when instead it’s poor work and really bad customer service I was told by two of their employees it something they used now I’m have to fight to get this fixed when it should have the first time or even the second time I was told the issue was going to be takes care ok now Corey wants to see the over spray why all their other employees seen it I was told by Patrick and my insurance agent this will be fixed. I will never trust these people my car is only 4 months old and now I have to deal with spots all over my windshield because of their incompetence and they maybe will do something about this. Don’t go here of your insurance company try’s to refer you here say no I’m also now looking for a different insurance company besides progressive .
